Thought I might add as I know a lot of people watch these videos. If you're replacing your clutch master cylinder on your right-hand drive car the master cylinder will be found on the other side of your hood. More importantly the part number shown is for left-hand drive cars only, the part no. for the RHD clutch master cylinder is 31410-17070

Great. I have to do this on my AW11 here soon as well as the brake master. Should be similar process.

Replacing mine but it's the opposite problem where the pedal is stuck up. Car has pretty much been sitting unused in a garage since 2002. I figured it was pretty straight forward but its nice to have a video to know exactly what I'm getting into. Thanks once again Bob! =D

Bob, Great video. I have an 93 NA and I did 3rd gen turbo swap but clutch pedal does not feel good. Is there any difference in clutch master cylinder between NA and Turbo? I am going to swap to Turbo clutch pedal to make it feel better.

Hey Bob, my clutch engages very low to the ground and sometimes when I go to start the car and depress the clutch, it won't start. Also, when i try to downshift it is hard to get into gear (I basically have to double clutch to downshift). Do you think I should replace the clutch master cylinder? Thanks

Did you install a new slave cylinder as well?

Matt Rainey no. The car needs to me mobile ASAP. The the engine is getting overhauled and build and that’s when I will put in new slave.

You going to rebuild your old clutch master cylinder?

Jose Gonzalez no. New one is cheap. Rebuild kit is almost the same price
