  • It's pretty common for us to distract ourselves with TV, movies, music and social media while we are doing something else like work, school or chores.
    But could there be a bigger problem here?
    If we spend all that time distracted, then we set ourselves up to WANT TO BE distracted all the time.
    Sometimes we even distract ourself with our own thoughts!
