This car is stunning. I would swap out the wheels to make it more stock but there is no way I would turn this car down. A lot of love has gone into it you can tell.
I am a big 57 fan love those cars and deem them the sexiest car ever made. I have seen 60 Chevrolets all my life but this one just blows me away. As much as I want to restore a 57 I would take this car in its place. The wheels and color are perfect on this car that must be what makes it for me. My dad drove a 59 for 10 years or more of course it was a 4 door but woukd look just as awesome with this color and wheels. Wow is all I can say. I didn't realize a 348 is big block. Learn something everyday.
Dude if I were your neighbor I'd go nuts watching your driveway anticipating which classic is gonna show up next. Blueline always has the best rides for sale. I'll probably never be able to own one, but a man can dream, and dreams are something that nobody can take away from you.
That is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it is perfect. All the way down to the original dash and steering wheel. You couldn't make it better by changing anything. My father had a red one. I got my thumb stuck in the smaller hole on the steering wheel .
Dude I had this one exactly in this color scheme, loved that car In 1963 I bought used but a good cruiser. REALLY enjoyed that model, it looks like its moving sitting still.
I have a 63 SS a 65 Convertable and a 95 SS. I had a 64 66 and 68 but sold them but I've always wanted a 60. This is a beautiful car take care of it. Cheers
I'm mostly a Ford guy, but I can understand how any car guy would fall in love with a 60 Impala. Lines and shapes on these cars are amazing. Shapes are consistent and complimentary to each other. All the character lines match up perfectly. And the engine bay in this car is beautiful. Yes friends, as a Ford guy, I approve this message! Would definitely love to own this car. Contrast the beauty if this fine machine with the last front engine Z06 Vette. The Vette is an amazing car, but ugly as heck! The shapes and lines are ludicrous....looks like a 2 year old put a Mr. Potatohead together to match a 6 year old's drawing. Thank goodness for good people who restore and care for our American classics! And thanks for the video!
Been retrofitted to alternator over the original generator and power steering pump added on lower side of engine but great looking car had a convertible in 1960 much like this one.
I like the door jams most. I’m putting my 60 back together slowly and paying attention to the detail in the jams and cad bolts in the engine bay. That’s the fun part for me.
yup, backup lenses all the way across really don't cut it. another gripe is people never restore the original flat black vertical stripes on the rear panel, this one did and looks special because of them. nice car.
Beautiful car........can you tell me the name of that paint? I would like to have my current car painted the same color. Chrome and interior are all perfect on this car. Nice job.
Beautiful - nice to see one that is NOT orange. I'll never understand why '59 & '60 Chevy owners almost always have those ugly mag wheels. The original hubcaps look so much better. Dream car nonetheless!
I'm assuming there are red bulbs behind those clear tail light lenses. Such a quiet 348......personally, I'd like to see a '65 3-on-the-tree behind it & delete the headlight covers.....& it's iffy on the legality of pink tail lights/turn signals......but it ain't mine! That ROYAL BLUE paint job is no doubt the cat's meow!
What a fantastic car and job restoring it ! I love every thing you except the tail lights put the original red one back on, the white one stand out as wrong and ruins the look of back of the car.
Beautiful car. Too bad you can't legally drive it on the road. No vehicle can emit a white light from the rear unless backing up. Only exception is tag light. The amber bulbs don't cut it either.
Wrong, far from a butcherd up resto mod, has the correct type engine, except for the chrome dress kit on it and the rims, neither of which will hurt the value very much if at all.
Back in the day they really knew how to make good beautiful cars🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸.

The '60 Chevy Impala is my top favorite classic car

You have just inspired me to buy one of these cars!!!
I'm a huge fan of old classic and old muscle cars up to the 1980s they don't make them like this anymore which is a shame
THAT'S TRUE. THEY SURE DON'T MAKE THEM GOOD LOOKING& NICE AND ARE SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. A REAL SHAME, WHAT THIS WORLD HAS COME TO.

LOL Frank you might be the only human in history to ever place those words in that order!
Just too beautiful...
60's impalas are the best!
and here i thought a spare donut tire was bad but nice car clean but the white taillights are a negative visually
Nice ! Need to put the red tail light lenses back on there bud !

@@farmerbob139 I had a 60 same color! Back in the day the deal was to run red lens in all 6 lights. This was the fad on a!l Impalas with 6 taillights.
Absolutely dude.

Rear needs those red tail lights.
Beautiful.

In Wisconsin, red-tinted bulbs behind white tail light lenses would be a violation.
Beautiful car
Miss n my 63 ' with a 283 in it. Was white/ red interior; and only payed 300 cash for it in '73 .cant look at sny more vidios...
What will be the todays price for this lovely car?
Gorgeous car. Bob Seger approves.
Beautiful. Suttle custom, not over done
What a fantastic car and job restoring it ! I love every thing you except the tail lights put the original red one back on, the white one stand out as wrong and ruins the look of back of the car.
You know those tail lights won't pass inspection. They have to be red. The center one caan be white for the backup lights.
This is a really hot rod.
It has a small block fan shroud!
Victor Deming DUDE HAS GOT TO BE A GEEK

Definitely a W series big block, a 409 would be my best guess but who knows what kind of crank he has in it. Either way, its a real beauty
Where did u buy the headlights?

QUEM NÃO GOSTARIA DE TER UM???
clean and impressive. still a butchered up resto-mod. brings the worth WAY down. 19500.
Scott Brady we sold it several years ago for $50K
