Mike how does benching build your rear delts? Don't you have ridiculously massive rear delts from your intense back workouts? Like bent over rows etc? I'd understand rear delt development protecting the shoulders from a lot of benching, but to build it the way you have yours??? It’s hard not to overtrain when you love to train. What I hated the most about dieting was running out of gas halfway thru a training session and having to just grind it out to finish.
How do people cut weight for shows? Specifically, during that last week or two before a show? Do they sit in a sauna all day and only eat once a day? I can't find anything on that. I know they're at their least healthiest at the show, but what's the regimen?
These videos make me want to lift. I don't want to look like them but I like the message and attitude they have about their goals. Very inspiring .
