I can see these lads taking over our first team
Imagine having to try and rewin a league you've already won via the league table format. Like turning the PL into the fa cup at the end of a long hard season and suddenly Brentford in 16th placed are giving the opportunity become champions. Loads of countries do this. It’s smart in youngsters to have minor premiers which rewards season team performance and also a playoffs, which rewards big game mentality. Both of which you need to have if you’re going to succeed in football.
