@@daryllee1254 very hard to dive from a position where both of your feet are parralel, you can only guess where they shoot, and to get there in time, you have to time it to perfection, thats why they try to take the step at the exact moment they shoot, but it is hard to time.

Not a new rule. Had it called on me in high school in 2002. Never have I seen it called until lately though
