  • Heroes and legends aren't born; experiences make them. This is a testament to how Digital For Africa's legends made their professions.
    Brian Wamiori, Co-Founder and Tech director worked in the Print Media with his dad as a young man. During his apprenticeship, he realised the potential in the digital device media and online platform consumption. This put Brian on the path to meet his co-founder and work together in the digital marketing industry.
    Francis Waithaka, Founding CEO and a team leader started as a mind speaking blogger. He owned and managed his blogging site called Waithash.com. Francis has always been passionate about Tech and digital marketing. Even though he worked at KCB Bank, he enjoyed working on what he loved, thus starting his own digital marketing agency.
    Caleb Mwenga, Sales And Operations Manager, started out as a content writer, freelancing on online platforms for gigs. However, the rise of Artificial intelligence pushed Caleb to self improvement and skill acquisition, which landed him a spotlight in the digital marketing industry with Digital For Africa.
    Eric Moturi, a full stack web developer, started out by experimental learning in web development. This was during the COVID -19 period and he used his indoor time to explore how website platforms could be made functional optimal. With HTML and CSS as starter languages, Eric has advanced in mastery of JavaScript, PhP, and Python.
    Mitchell Mugai, a creative designer, growing up watching Disney animations grew her curiosity about the behind the scenes of animation production. She decided on it being her career path while in Form 3. Mitchell now focuses on graphic design and motion graphics as she advances her career.
    Fiona Murugi, a data scientist, found passion in forecast prediction based on past data. With COVID -19 as a life changing period, Fiona formulated a hindsight baseline to enable her analyze possibilities of future occurrence, with a focus on business models.
    Manasseh Adina, a wordpress developer, started out as a graphic design intern for Digital For Africa. In his learning program, Manasseh worked with several clients first hand, which enabled him to understand how to manage and solve client problems. He advanced to web development where he currently works as a senior web developer.
