The Keychron V1 is loud because of their thin caps mostly, and their stabilizers are fine but there is rattle. I dont think that is due to the plastic case or the silicone weight.

i bought the Q3 last time , i modded it like hell with all the effort but the sound is still meh , even some keys' ping still there , i got the V1 last week , out of the box it sounds amazing and put back the Q3 into a lock box lol

I’m not familiar with the Yunzii but the keychron is more of a casual everyday keyboard. I wouldn’t say it’s optimized for gaming.
