Can I use GTX 1650 4gb ? (I know this is a cheap one but since graphics card will not be used for rendering, will this suffice for 3d viewport performance?)
Do I need a Z790 motherboard since this is an unlocked CPU ?
Yes, you will need Z mother board, graphic card is sufficient,if not rendering.
