Good morning Janet, such an interesting video! I hadnt ever thought of making a fabric journal, but you made it look quite doable. Maybe, i will make a small one yet.
I loved the beautiful crochet flowers and the idea of sewing them on clothes. Beautiful! You could sew them on pillowcases perhaps or other cloth for decorations. I used to make them and sew onto headbands and crochet hats for decoration. Endless possibilities! As always, Janet, thank you. Love from Gail and Miss Maggie❤❤❤

Love following your process videos. I am currently working on a fabric journal, each morning for about an hour, while i have my coffee. I often hear you say encouraging words while I'm working, trying not to worry about if it is not "perfect". I'm enjoying myself and that's all that matters. Delicious journal sandwich! Beautiful postcard and I love Ker's book. I looked it up: Fika - often described as a "coffee and cake break" which is kind of correct but really it is more than that. Fika is a concept. a state of mind, an attitude and an important part of Swedish culture. Many Swedes consider it almost essential to make time for fika everyday. Now I know and I love it. Thanks Janet! :)

I so enjoy listening to you speak with your gentle voice and I love listening to your clock💖!! Your journal is going to be just beautiful when you finish it. You really know how to put things together and it works so well. I love your idea for the spine of your journal. And than you bring out your machine crochet vest. It’s adorable on it’s own, but I just love your idea of putting different crochet flowers on it. Such a great idea. If you don't mind, would you sometime talk about how you made the holder of tins on that precious piece of salvaged timber....keen to know how tins are fastened as this is a great idea I will also use to organize my supplies. Have been saving Italian tomato tins, one brand has a real retro design which I was drawn to to use one day and your upcycled piece of art that holds all is the perfect use for them! Owl Teapot love him....bestowing the wisdom that creating a slow mindful time for ourselves can only be beneficial. Love your channel, your creativity and gentle tuition. Janet..........., what makes it so inviting to keep returning to your process videos .................well of course we all come to visit you, Freddie and the crew, ......is that while you show us the process , you are so encouraging and reassuring ........ there is no right or wrong. and it's ok to change one's mind. It makes the idea of starting something new less daunting.. So..... what have i come away with from this video ?.....well I can't make up my mind if i want to remain stationary at my desk and work on this project or just run freely through the woods filled with flowers along with Freddie and Honey. I believe...but perhaps i'm incorrect.....Mrs Gigi has spoken about Fikka . Also i want to thank you for all your postings in your community site
