So many beautiful treasures! I love everything you found. I don’t sew, stitch, crochet or knit, but I love all the older items and fabrics. I would love to start doing something!
@@Thatsinteresting363 thank you for watching. I have done an easy pattern for hardanger but watch this space as I am sure I will do easy stitch along you can join in With.
Hi Paula - the little loose bag of small neutral threads and the beautiful box are vintage stocking mending threads. I have a treasured box of untouched threads on my little vintage table. Great finds for the prices you got them! And love the tablecloth! Can stitch over the painted bit. Still watching and stitching so will add more comments no doubt 🤗 cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
@@createandcraftwithchristine so very cool and I do love the little box. Needle is also in very good condition. Yes I was thinking this about the table cloth.
@@createandcraftwithchristine finally finished the cover for the tin. I used the small square napkins with the rose on am slowly catching up with Dottie.
Oh yes and must get going with my vintage embroidery design stitch alongs again. I actually was incredibly lucky to get a huge bag of transfers which I can draw from too. 🤗 cheers, Christine
You found some real gems there Paula, we don't get bargains like that in our charity shops here, not in my neck of the woods anyway - you're going to enjoy using those :)
@@artyfartyannie have just made round book out of the serviettes with roses on for a What is Slow stitching book that Christiene did the other day with her very cool whittle mint tin. Not for the channel just for me for fun, well also for a teaching tool.
