During the process of making How Strong videos! I use a multitude of different sources (Google,Reddit,Wikia Even UA-cam and etc) and things to make my job of filming videos like this easier! To find scans much faster. He's still powerful. Marvel in their hierarchy classed him as level 7. Which means he's equal to likes of Hulk, Dr. Strange, Hercules, Juggernaut, Enchantress, Mr. Sinister, Ultron, Stryfe, High Evolutionary, Gilgamesh, Gladiator, Hyperion, Blackheart, Mikhail Rasputin, Count Nefaria, Annihilus, Ronan The Accuser and Beta Ray Bill.

@@overdrivety I honestly do not understand those terms "low mid multi...". The hierarchy is simple there are 12 levels. But I think the guys classed level 7 can be seen as universal threats, while level 9 characters are *borderline* multiversal threats . And level 6 characters can be considered a planetary threat.

Norrin has always been a jobber I think. He has so many great feats, but never wins a fight.
Silver Surfer is indeed superior to him, but he was attacked from behind when Surfer was about to deal with Thanos.
@@mogamatsedickpetersen8620Ratio wise Surfer and Terrax ate the biggest jobbers. Because Marvel classed so high in the hierarchy but they always lose. Terrax have even lost to Iron Man and Spider-man lol.
