@ 9:20 Prof. Maninder Singh ji , oonkarh kithay payoni hai , kithay nhi payoni Hai…??…[you took example of *satnam* ] Samajh aa gia hai . Thank you , you have good impressive personality , sweet voice confidence and knowledge .i have a Question. Question :-Does these Grammer Rules hold throughout SGGS JI OR there are exceptions also…?? IF Yes , give couple examples , please .…??…JagtarSinghAujla USA California.
book available name punjabi vaayakaran prof sahib singh read it individually for further understanding I think here our brothers conveying and passing on what they learned from that source .
Let's not forget that first and foremost purpose of reading Gurbani is to enjoy the Bliss by understanding it properly WITHOUT getting lost in complexity of grammar. It felt like that the whole class was so consumed with understanding grammar that they failed to enjoy the actual meaning of gurbani lines that were used as an example by Maninder ji. Let's not make it JUST A MERE GRAMMAR class instead also delve into the real meanings and teachings of Gurbani more like a Katha class.
For instance. where Maninder used example of " Jis pinjar meh birha nahi" He should have explained the underlying meaning of those lines first since Gurbani is so PROFOUND and then discuss the grammar part. More like Katha/Grammar class. Although I learnt a lot about grammar from these sessions but it felt more like Analysis of Gurbani than actually enjoying/deriving "Gurbani Rass". Well, that's just me. I said what I felt. I did not mean to offend anyone here. Thanks Maninder for his effort.
undoubtedly nice job. But actual Gurbani is undermined during the discussion of punjabi Grammar. Maninder Singh should also emphasize on the meaning of the lines he is reading and explain it's meaning briefly before even explaining it's grammar. It just felt like any other normal Grammar class taught anywhere in the schools. And the whole concept of learning grammar to enjoy the eternal bliss was missing. Maninder was reading/saying the gurbani examples without any emotions/yearning

Gurfateh Khalsaji, jado "nanak" de kakke nu aunkar nahi aoundi, ta "nanak" stri-ling tey nahi hundey..
ounkar da ucharn hunda hai eh misnari wale aapne hi ucharn dassi jande
