Just a correction: in the conjugation table at the end, you include ser as an example of an -er verb, but it is irregular in the imperfecto. The conjugations you show for ser are in its condicional tense.
I searched for this video because I was struggling with the imperfect tense recently. I have to add, I didn't think Maura could look more angelic than she already did, but this video proved me wrong. 😂 Informative AND entertaining. Thank you.
You guys are totally amazing I love how you take something so difficult and make it so easy by the way you guys use chunks to help people learn Spanish faster but I want to know if this is a correct chunk I have (tener el deber de)
At 12:06 I got confused when you started giving the conditional form for Ser and not the Imperfect form, after getting the Imperfect form of Cuidar. Had to use SpanishDict to make sure I wasn't crazy. Edit: I get that you did it to show that ER / IR verbs end the same in the Imperfect form. It threw me off since I just started learning these tenses. Still love y'alls' videos.
Muy bien Maura pero has cometido un error. El imperfecto de Ser es era, eras ,era etc. porque es un verbo irregular. ¡"Sería" es el tiempo condicional!
Most Spanish speaking people do not use Spain spanish. The majority of Spanish speaking people live in central and south america. Your lessons should be oriented to them.
This isn't Spain spanish she is teaching. This lesson is about the Imperfecto tense. Conjugating verbs in the past just like you do in english. Easy and simple
Spain Spanish uses vosotros for 'you all', which ends in -ais or -eis when conjugating verbs. This lesson is on imperfect tense (-aba or -ia), which is the equivalent of 'were/was' in English. All dialects of Spanish use this tense in daily life, including Venezuelans like Maura.

Jajajaja…buen trabajo!
Poder planear eres un privilegio... Ain't that the truth! (¿Hay un modismo/dicho en español como ese?)
Passed Imperfect of “ser” is sería??? At 12:39??
My main confusion that nobody ever explains is. Can you use present tense with imperfect subjunctive and vice versa.
I don't know where any of these "chunks" they always mention.
🥰🥰🥰
I thought imperfect of ser was era
it is
