Agreed! This is very clear and informative information! I instantly knew what my dominant abilities are. And also, why I've had experiences with all four in the past, questioning, "how did that happen?!" One thing I've experienced in my solar plexus is this: A firm "no" is always felt as a "jab" in my solar plexus. Not painful, but a definite push like someone else is pressing there. I've learned the hard way to listen to that & never question it! I am looking forward to the next video that tells more! Please lead us to more resources that will help us develop this!

Now I can focus on the 4 different methods to see where I mostly sit. Especially as I have become more spiritually aware over the last few years it feels as if I am being bombarded with information when I'm around people. I used to put it down to just being over sensitive and having to create ways of dealing with difficult situations during childhood. I perform in public places and am exposed to energies A LOT and with everything that went down the last years and me understanding more and more why I am called to do my job, I know I have to protect my aura energy etc. I discovered you through your chats with Pam Gregory. Yes, the inner voice for me! I've woken up from dreams with a phrase that is direct and firm. I have always had an inner soundtrack, a radio station of sorts that cues up songs. It may happen when I meet someone, or in the midst of trying to figure out a problem. I don't often share thus information with a person unless I feel a strong directive to. To a lesser degree I can see, visualize things. This most often pertains to art I engage in. Always a fascinating experience listening to your posts! Thanks Kathy.❤

When I was in high school, I used to always pick up the nearest throw pillow and hold it in my lap in front of me whenever I visited my best friend's house. I visited her a few years ago for the first time after a 30 or so years' long fallout, and after chatting a few minutes, I realized that I had picked up the pillow next to me and blocked myself instinctively. I didn't learn how to properly protect myself for many years, but the instinct to shield any way possible was there. It's no wonder I've had a lifetime of stomach problems.
I suggest you check out the episode I did on aura cleansing - and create a stronger layer of protection around your solar plexus (episode #20). It helps. Also remember to observe and not absorb
This clears up a lot for me, I am not a feeler, at least not that gentle one you mention, LOL. I do get the feels, but I do not think it is forte for me, just ties to my psychic defenses more than anything. I get it about the solar plexus but it is where I take the hit more than where I try to receive. It does let me know when there are incoming blows of energy to dodge. I can walk into a room and know there has been a fight or something is wrong and who is doing it..... but definitely a Prophecy / Intuitive. Honed by a narcissistic family and I was a scapegoat for them, oh my. I know and can see right through things with out the slightest hesitation. I use all of these but the feeler part I use more defensively than go looking to feel the room. Visual is strong, I get visual as I can see those who have passed on, If I care about them enough to do so, when they are around me and I hear words audibly in the middle of nothing, and get the drift of what that is about right away, but it happens when I am not paying attention most times, kind of like a guardian saying 'watch out'. LOL. I have been woke out of a deep sleep with just a word before many times. But I had never heard the Prophesy / intuition connection before. Thank you for that wee clue by four. I got it now loud and clear. So now I know for sure I have all 4 and which ones are the strongest and that is kool.
