    1) go to the gym regularly and work up a sweat every time. Build muscle that shows.

    This is the sad part about the lonely guys and the RP lifestyle. Men with no purpose, goals, direction, self awareness or drive have made it their #1 priority to chase women. While I don’t necessarily agree with Rich 100%, he is absolutely correct on his advice to this man. Being 35 yo, overweight, underemployed, buying women drinks at bars and clubs and probably many other suspect lifestyle choices, the last thing he needs to concern himself with is “becoming an Alpha, a man with game and becoming a Pickup artist.” This clip should become mandatory viewing to young men confused about making themselves a priority rather than chasing women. On of the best videos from Cooper to date.

And whatever motivates you on the core things to take care of, take it. If Rich's assessment is motivating, run with it. Just run with his advice no matter how sour if feels.
    Because those are the things to work on AND those will sustain you for a lot more years. Forget the bars, save every penny you have and start doing workouts 6 days a week even if some of them are just walking around. Kill the alchohol, fast for two days and kill the sugar too. Once you get on the right wagon it's gonna feel weird, and then great.

    Rich I think there is a time and place for PUA advice but agreed if the best you can bring to the table is "I am an Uber and Door Dash driver" you are going to have a HUGE issue keeping them around past the first date if you even get that far. Just to share a personal experience of mine which I am rather embarrassed to share but kind of not because it changed my entire life. I was in my late 20s and just floating through life with no direction. On a Saturday night out I met this lady at a club and we hit it off. About a week later we met up for dinner. We got into a discussion of things on what we were doing with our lives. She went first and turned it over to me. I basically told her I was working at a Deli (which was true) but might be returning to college but wasn't sure. She flat out told me to my face that I would never amount to anything. This hit me rather hard because like this guy in your video I was not chasing excellence at the time but only chasing women. I wish I could find this woman to thank her. The experience was so humiliating that I went home crushed by what happened. I stopped settling for mediocrity and went back and finished school. I then went to tech school and completed that with the best grades I had ever achieved before. I entered the IT field and landed a job at a large Corporation and have received multiple promotions and have been there for over 20 years and now make good money. All because someone was willing to be honest with me about my future if I didn't change. You did the guy a favor even if he doesn't realize it.

YOU ARE NOT HIS "MOMMY" NOR HIS "FRIEND". I WISH I COULD INSULT YOU PROPERLY. I WON'T. YOU DON'T REALLY BELONG HERE TO GIVE ADVICE. And if you got problems with your weight...according to Richard YOU ARE A LOW VALUE WOMAN. JUDGE NOT LEST YE BE JUDGED 😂😂😂 It Is Not Funny...😡😡😡😕😕😕You put a laughing emoji...so did I just to illustrate how inappropriate it is to laugh at that man's pain.

    The guy's point was that with strong enough game you should be able to overcome any kind of resistance or shortcomings. Which I tend to agree with. However, most formerly beta dudes are not going to be able to pull that off. So, it's better to improve yourself all around and not just focus on your game. Rich certainly knows this.

    • @georgerafa5041
      @georgerafa5041 Рік тому +6

      Game is irrelevant if you aren't hot for flings and successful and stable for LTRs. Game is only good for attraction IF you got both of those others covered and if you got enough of either you can usually skip everything and get everything you want regardless

    • @michaelbuddy
      @michaelbuddy Рік тому

      real game is being able to walk the walk. Being taken advantage of by women at clubs, what an insult. It's pathetic that girls at clubs act exactly like prostitutes in vegas that sit next to you. Clubs girls can't even be honest with themselves about who they are either. But if you think about it, having real game means you wouldn't give those girls the time of day. And then you can embarass them and shame them when they start their little charade.

      Except he isn't in shape so won't be sexually attractive to most women. Also any woman looking for anything serious won't be overly keen about a 35 year old delivery driver. If he was in better shape and had an actual career he would find his efforts better spent, as he mentioned he gets flaked on quite a bit.

    • @verbadum2298

      @@chrisburns5691 I agree but it also side steps the obsolescence of game in the dating app world. game used to be much more important when most people met in person and there was no social media. now most people are looking at you like they look at a menu. better to spend the time and energy on professional photos and developing interesting hobbies once the guy's actually got his life together.

    You cannot fix a problem while at the same level as your problem. Best thing I ever did was increase my health, increase my overall knowledge, and my skill level in my career choice. Now every one of those aspects have increased exponentially, and with that my confidence, my masculinity, my attractiveness from women. I say all this as there is no shortcut, forget about girls, focus and work solely on self betterment and everything you want and even didn’t know you wanted will unfold before you on your path. This is what I have learned following Rich’s teachings.

    He lives in St. Louis Missouri... typical rustbelt city. Its not he lives in a hot city like Austin, Miami, or Vegas where every other guy or third guy in the city is clearing after taxes at least 70-80K and there are an abundance of great jobs. Women in those kinds of cities don't tend to be as picky on the guy's income or job title. That said, this guy doesn't seem have the ability to properly assess himself or set proper goals for himself. This guy doesn't have a plan if he is content with just clearing the essentials financially with ridesharing. I wish this guy well that he can get his mind off women and start focusing on what really matters (his own life).

Good public health messaging too on the obesity issue. I hope Paul takes it to heart and truly pursues excellence. He seems to have a Solid Soul

No amount of magical thinking, be strong in your own reality BS minset will compensate decades of deficiency cuz you chose to be lazy in the past. The guy doesnt know his issues and still try to get women thinking that his nice personality or being funny will get him a decent value woman without kids, and win her over some asshole rich guy. At this age, if your short, fat, poor, you will not get any good results if your still trying to chase women. Its either accepting the fact and be happy, or chase excellence.

Dangerous job, lot’s of cash, and lots of attention from “customers”. To female addicts who crave what the dealer is providing, within that context a Drug dealer is high value. I’ve never met a drug dealer who couldn’t get laid. lol
