Smooth shave Paul💈💈 I love a slant razor shave, seems to always give me a quality result. Gorgeous arrangement this morning, thanks Mrs H. SOTD: Cube, Mr Fine "American Blend" soap/splash, PAA synth brush, Parker "Variant" razor w/Swede blade, alum, Thayers witch hazel and AV 5 in 1 balm...Beautiful. MOTD: Flat top grilled "Fajitas" with all the trimmings and Ice cold beer.. Have a wonderful Sunday outing and dinner, sounds good. Enjoy!

Another gorgeous floral arrangement! The peonies are indeed stunning flowers. We could stare at them all day.
Loved the good old classic wet shave with a Derby stick and the Merkur slant razor.
As I am on vacation I used the 42C with a Personna platinum blade, Semogue 1438 boar brush, Florena shaving cream (german) and L'oréal after shave balm with birch sap.

I have a Thater two and, bulb silver tip and I have a laggard synthetic knot. I thought that it was same ole same ole using my synthetic for a while, but recently pulled my silver tip back out. I was blown away at how much better my silver tip felt. I had a savior row that I loved before that. There is really no comparison. Cheers!

The 39C is my favorite razor, bar none. It just works so well for my face.
Good morning Paul!!! Wonderful choices for your Sunday shave!!!! Beautiful display by Mrs H as always!!!! My Sunday SOTD will be the Gillette Old Type Single Ring with a Gillette Silver Blue blade, Omega Boar Brush, PAA Cube 2.0, Talbot Shaving Gates of the Arctic soap and aftershave, with some Nivea Men’s cooling lotion to finish the shave. Meal of the day will be some Chicken Curry with some Wild rice, sautéed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, Caesar salad and lots of Guinness!!!! Have a wonderful day and stay safe!!!!

Happy Sunday Paul! I love those pink Peonies, thank you Mrs. H!! You must truly enjoy that Fine Lather Bowl; I have notice you are using that bowl most of the time nowadays. The Gillette 365 blades is working well in the slant razor and the whiskers are surrendering to it. Issues with the 365 blades are consistency in quality (some blades are good, some are duds) and longevity (about 2 shaves). Yes, they are not well liked. SOTD: 2021 Rocnel Sailor razor [3/2/1] loaded with a 1969 Wilkinson Sword Super Sword Edge blade (6th use). TOBS Coconut shave cream bowl lathered with a Simpson Trafalgar T3 synthetic brush. Finished with Thayer's Coconut Water skin toner. Smelling of coconut! I must say the Rocnel Sailor razor is the best razor I have ever used; smooth and efficient. My whiskers were well reduced on the first pass. I am not kidding when I say it was almost BBS (just the usual trouble spots is where I could feel any stubble) after the WTG pass. By the end of the XTG pass it was better than most 3 pass shaves. I highly recommend this razor! Great shave Paul! I truly look forward to each of your videos. You are such a joy to watch. Oh, my drink of the day...Fresh banana with hot fudge milk shake. Take care.

The Gillette “365” blades are always frustrating for me, as I invariably wind-up with several weepers no matter what razor I use and no matter how careful I am using them! Great shave. My SOTD will be of the KCG razor with a 3rd use Personna Platinum blade, Razorock XXX soap, Omega 10066 brush and the Skin Bracer AS. I have a slant that I sometimes use, and it’s a little aggressive that I put in milder blades just to reduce the bite. Have a great day

Hi, Sir actually it is thin blade and gives close shave and gives maximum two shaves - 3 pass shaves
An interesting way to make lather from the stick, and I've yet to try those blades. Merkur always gets the job done, especially the slant. Your meal sounds delicious! Overnight package my serving? (jk, mostly) MOTD - broasted chicken, mixed vegetables, coleslaw & homemade bread/butter. SOTD - shavette, 1/2 Astra green blade, Weishi 9306 clean up pass, Arko stick, Aqua Velva AS, Vaseline Aloe Vera balm.
The 39c is the perfect razor for newbies to DE shaving. Work your way up to a Feather or a Med Prep as you get confident.

So when I hear of Florida Water cologne, I think why would anyone want to smell like that? 😀 But I know, it doesn't really smell like the water.

Hi Paul yes I am watching, it's a good website for blades I have got my eye on a few that I want to try the Lord tajam work well for me in my muhle rocca and in my razorock baby smooth, great video Paul enjoyed it Derby soap is good got six of them 6 of this 6 of that 6 of the other parcel came the other my wife said what's that now e-liquid I said thank god she said lol why do you need all that soap well I said you never know the way this country is going it could end up like north Korea must prep dear must prep that's my excuse lol take care and have a great week 😀

@@PaulHFilms I have to say, you pointed out in one of your videos that shaving with cold water helps if you have sensitive skin. Cheers for that tip its worked wonders. If I still get a bit of neck irritation, ill help it with some sudocrem or something but aye, cold water and a neutral/sensitive soap has helped a lot with razor burn.

I have used Gillette 365 blades before & at the end of the shave it looked like Freddy Krueger had a go at my face in layman's terms they were SHIT.... So it just goes to show everybody's facial hair is different ......
That is why I wasn’t sure about these blades, so was amazed they did so well, yep shows how we are all different. Take care .
