I did not ride bike before and this is my first bike. The comfort and balance i get in this bike is awesome. Idc what you say but this is a beast and best for the new riders like me. The initial acceleration of this bike is also good what we new riders want. We dont normally go to the top speed.

@@vu3dfq864 100 percent recommended. If you are a new rider you can get this bike. People really notice this bike on road. You will see 9/10 people looking at your bike when you will pass them. And the balance of this bike is also so good. I got the orange matte colour of this bike and i am loving it. Don’t listen to anyone who is telling that this bike dont have power. You can go easily till 90 kmph. For a new rider thats even scarier for us to reach that number. So its best for us. And for daily commute this is a beast. 46+ mileage before 1st service and after service u will get 50+ thats really good
@@sambitbose2407 I agree with you. I found Yamaha FZX and TVS Ronin very comfortable to ride. I had zeroed down on these two essentially because of the ergonomics: front set footpegs and handlebars that come towards you. I can comfortably ride these neo-retro motorcycles for long hours, never had a problem. And, as you said, I usually stay within the speed limit, nor do you get to speed up too much in the city. So, I am okay with that.
I finally went with this over TVS Ronin because the latter was slightly expensive, heavier and had a bit of a waiting period. So far, I am happy with it, it's my very first motorcycle. I will upgrade to a Triumph Bonneville someday!

This is an excellent commuter bike. Everything makes sense, great ride feel, mileage, comfort, handling, more than enough power to cruise safely. Very unique scrambler type looks - road presence is solid, 90% people notice you, don't give into negative comments on looks.
i bought it last week, absolute presence, once i was in shop and found teens staring and one of them trying out the handle and all...I just really need the bike in my city, not a traveler but I did drive it 200 kms on highway cruising at 80, absolute comfort, doesnt have top end but also i wanna reach alive.. not a biker just a normal person
@@shizuxo Happy to hear man. Yeah I still get people asking about the bike and commenting on the looks wherever I go, love the attention, even an KTM owner. Bike is fun to ride. Im also a town to town traveller so the top end is more than enough. If you go longer than that on larger Highways might feel limited with 80-90. That's what cruiser bikes are for buy one later! But this bike has strong filtering ability.

Bike is for matured riders bro. Daily use commuter bike with comfortable riding position and handling. This bike isn't for eye killer varsha and rider kannappi.

It's been 8 months, I'm getting 55+ mileage. My daily running is 25 km daily. My monthly petrol bill is 1600₹. I.e. 400₹ per week. Which pretty good.

Yamaha started competing at 150cc segment till 2019, now competing with 125cc bikes and I think soon they will push the power down and release FZ-WHY AND compete with splendor .

If you are rider and if you are switching from high performance bike to this one, you will never like it at all....
This is proper commuter bike, looks are subjective , but if you plan on riding it in city, not really trying to race or anything, this is great for you.
I gifted it to my dad, and he loved this bike..... He will hardly ride any bike at 60-70 km speed

Would rather buy FZ-S over this for 3 main reasons:
1) Larger Fuel tank
2) Design (subjective)
3) ~10k cheaper
Those extra 10k would fetch a better helmet / riding gear or even around 100 litres of fuel(Around 5000 kms of riding) .✌️
But its has worst quality tank which no bikes ever had.

Instead buy fz v3 you will end up saving 10k more again compared to FZ-S

Not all motorbikes are fast. It's just a simple 2 valve, single cilinder fuel injected air cooled motor. It's only good in the mid-range. It's not for the top end. You simply continue at 60-70 kmph. You can't see the top end on all motorcycles.
Yes bruh...fz x is something nice on indian standards and roads for me...he just talks about pushing all the time ..and he never ride at 60 to 80 at top gear...thats what I too felt...i think it is suitable for long rides with or without a pillion...due to its comfort and mileage compared to fz s....it can also ride at top gears at very low speed which benefits in traffic riding conditions

Why are they delaying the launch of xsr so much, I think they made fz-x for people who couldn't wait to get xsr
Now ppl will come and troll Yamaha fzx for no reason. Ppl just troll fzs and fzx because it's having low power on paper but on road performance of fzs and fzx is drastically different. Yes its not having speed of 135-140 but for a 150cc bike no one cares that 110-120kmph of speed is sufficient. If somebody wants 135- 140kmph of speed then he should consider 250-300cc if everything will be available in a 150cc bike then what's the need of 250-300cc + bikes? Yamaha fzs and fzx both are excellent bike. Yes looks are subjective but performance of both vehicles are best.
For kids nowadays, "Top speed" is something like a deciding factor as if they are going to go at that speed all the time LOL. The funny part is, all these people screaming for power would not even go near something like an MT07 or MT09 if it was released here in India.
Heck! even if XSR 155 is release here in India, they'll be whining about it's "higher" cost in India rather than actually buying it. Yamaha took a wise decision in not releasing that here.
Most of these people chasing speeds & showing off end up in accidents costing other innocent lives as well. Different people see different things, how comfortable it is, how comfortable it is with a pillion, foot rest position, headlights power, fuel efficiency, mileage, speed, engine quality etc.
Losers who hate on this motorcycle are some whiny people who either can't afford a proper motorcycle or can't afford a quality one at a higher cost.

This bike cannot pull at all for a 150cc bike so you are just stuck with an underpowered mess. 12.2ps in a 139kg bike. Talk about being underpowered and overweight. Stop shilling for yamaha(india). They are capable or much more, instead you guys are giving them a pass with these below average designs and engines.
Nobody here is talking about 700cc levels of power when talking about a 150cc bike having just 12.2ps of power, thats why it can only pull at midrange and not low and high revs.
