the nathan dan bonding thing was just weird.. love love LOVED the naley scene and the lucas and haley scene wish they had kept those :)

I wish that they would have had Haley tell Lucas about everything Dan does to him.

I LOVE that Naley scene! They were always the best part of the show for me.
It’s weird that Mark’s description of the Lucas & Haley scene doesn’t match the actual scene. Neither of them say one word about why they chose Nathan & Brooke as love interests. We got to see them discuss why a little bit in other episodes but I would’ve loved a longer scene about it especially Haley’s POV since Nathan was her soulmate.
That Nathan & Dan scene is one of the few scenes that I agree should’ve been deleted. It made no sense with how angry Nathan was when he returned home at the end of that episode or basically the rest of the season (s).

I wanted to add that Lucas was wrong about Deb’s supposed disapproval of Brucas. She was simply worried about Lucas misbehaving while his mother was away in Italy and when Keith was responsible for him. I don’t think she wanted anything to go wrong with Lucas while he was under Keith’s care. It had nothing to do with her looking down on Brucas.
