I love this episode of because in season 6 there is so many heavy topics and issues that the characters are faced with it was great to have a little fun. I wish they would have done something similar in season 4 when Keith passed.
Literally such a waste of an episode, which sucks because we could've watched a different episode of Peyton, especially since she was leaving that season
It was referenced in a later episode when Lucas thought that Peyton was going to die while giving birth to their child and that he can't live a life without her.
