    I love u dani I was struggling a lot like 20 mins ago I had a mental breakdown u made me feel better + im encouraged now I grabbed a snack :D

    Your like an older sister to me 😭❤️ I'm in anorexia recovery it's been hard the exstrem hunger but easier the fear food part bc God has rly healed my heart and brain so ❤. Tysm for being honest and keeping it positive

    These videos are so encouraging for me ❤❤ I’ve been really going against the eating disorder voice and just eating like I should , and I feel so much better and not so anxious or constantly thinking about food. I’ve been recovering since February and I have good and bad days of course, but your videos are so helpful and encouraging because not many people understand an eating disorder. Thank you, and continue sharing your recovery ❤❤

    you have been such an amazing light in my path to recovery dani i’ve been what i would consider fully recovered (not struggling with weight, eating, overthinking, etc) for a few months now but i still watch your content because you’re so entertaining and encouraging and sweet♥️♥️

    Very common to be bloated during recovery because you messed up your gut health from not eating😢 (going hours without eating and not eating real food) talking from experience

      unintentionally lost weight, not at ed, just tried to get healthier/didn't know that just because some foods were healthy didn't me they weren't enough cals, like eggs, or apples. And, my gut health is not very good AT All. And as a athlete its even harder, it's always a challenge finding foods that don't upset my tummy

      @@melooodyy Yeah but I saw a tik tok where She said that She Will start again just by 1 day a week And She can't do like squots etc.... Her physical therapist recommended it.
