Did the exact same thing to mine and they sound the same I love it 😂 cheers man have only seen a few do straight 3in but sounds so good. About to get some catless headers for mine to just go full hot boy before she blows up

Got a muffler delete on my 2011 e90 n52 didn’t realize it had a burble till I had my windows down and I had done a mini launch going down my home street once I was amazed it sounded great ! 👍😃
@@SecondCitySanctioned no drone at all I still have my resonator so that cancels out any drone, in fact if you actually go with a muffler and resonator delete you lose horsepower
@@JoeyG3ify I have the same car as you and got a muffler and my resonator replaced with a bottle. How does this lose hp? Also I would love to see your car and show u mine aswell
Is muffler delete ever too loud ? Is it disturbing? I have a magnaflow on right now and was thing to just cut it off but I don't want it to be excessive noisy
Lovely car and it sounds great mate! I'd like a back box delete on my E93 330i as well but have been told by one custom exhaust builder that for an automatic the back box delete makes a droning noise when cruising. Has anyone done a backbox delete for E92/E93 330i auto and can comment on the results?
depends on how long the pipe u put in is, it can vary from 1700-3000, i have a temp pipe in from midpipe out sticking a bit past my bumper, drones at 3k but perf throughout all other ranges, but recently started droning at 2300, im looking to open up the stock muffler n do some work on it, im following a thread from bimmerpost "I cut open my N52 Muffler today...", on page 5 u can find a setup that works well with a secondary cat delete with no drone!
@whacky pax Hey man I have a question, I have a 2007 e92 328xi with the n52, it has a muffler and resonator delete but I still have the stock cats it pops alot now because of the unburned fuel igniting in the exhaust, do you think that unburnt fuel is bad for the cats?? I love the pops but I don't want to mess up my cats. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
@@BadDancingHD when I did mine, It definitely got faster. I have a ram air style intake with all the mods filter, boot,ect... I definitely got better top end. And feels torque down low still. It's an auto 06 325i with 2.5 in with x pipe as well. Kept some oem piping and in Incorporated In.
Tail lights were from eBay. just search "e90 f10 style led tail lights" and the resonator delete made it a tad louder in the higher RPM''s and more raspy as well.
James Wood oh no i fixed it i was just an idiot. The connections to my coils was loose so at 2500rpms i would get a misfire to the cylinder would go into limp mode

@kyle flegel how much did it cost in total?
@@josephsingerle7423 peep my channel for the recent stuff but I’m total with headers, tune, and the exhaust it was about 1500
@@brokenbavariane9032 what kind of tune you got?
Is it too loud with the catless headers? I own a n53 too and i definitely want catless headers but considering to leave secondary cats alone
Costs about 600-1000 ish for the entire exhaust to be done and done quality but it’s up to you
Sounds really good
Why have you not do a rev video in muffler + resonator delete with secondary cat configuration? :'(
Thanks for posting this! Considering an e90 330i as a drift car for this summer and I like to do my own exhaust work
How’s that going; you need a new computer to drift the old 06 computer can’t take more than 3months of the drift shaking
@@YuriDontPlay lol what?

@@YuriDontPlayI disagree, I have an 06 330i and have been drifting it for over a year without pulling fuses or anything
I own M3 but used to own an e90 328i LCI in highschool. This sounds fucking good.
So I’m a big noobie when it comes to exhaust set ups what are x pipes and H pipes for exactly, deeper tone? Better flow? Just wondering
Torque mainly low end
After deleting your cats, was the cold start noticeably louder than the muffler & resonator delete?
I’m wondering the exact same thing lol. Want to go full straight pipe but don’t want to wake up my whole neighborhood lol.
I got muffler delete + secondary cat delete kept stock res but now I think I should take it off
What bmw do you drive? I want to do the same on my 328i but my mechanic said it would cause some over heating but idk, I was confused when he was telling me
Super loud without the resonator at low rpm!
Keep it on!!
Great video. Planning on cat/muffler delete and quietest resonator.
This!

can be droney at times but it’s nothing too crazy
mine is droning between 1700rpm and 2000rpm. Seems to go away when driving in a lower gear.

Haven't you noticed a lost of power? I noticed it when I straight piped mine, happened due to back pressure missing. It's very noticeable.
yeah, i can tell it is a little slower.. but n52 isn't all that fast to begin with lol
whacky pax does that happen when u remove the secondary cats? Or when you remove muffler and resonator?

Where did you get your taillights from?
also how much louder do you think the resonator delete made your car?

Did removing the 2nd cat throw up a code/check engine light? Not sure if there’s a o2 on the secondary cat on the n52.
it doesn’t
Still has primary cats. So Not straight piped. Sounds great though !
The letters of his plate are BBW
... nice 👍
did any dash lights pop up? because i have the muffler and res delete but i wanna do a cat delete but people are saying that a code will pop up
code won’t pop up if you do a secondary cat delete
recommend you doing it if you’re into pops
The resonator is the thing on the middle of the exhaust??
Nice vid bro
how many times did you get pulled over?
Only about 3 times. All 3 were warnings lol
Bruh, where did you get those tail lights?
I have my 2nd cats deleted and muffler with resonator deleted as well, how did u pop urs at the end? Were u downshifting?
Whenever the RPM's are above 3k I just tap the gas and it creates these burbles or sometimes pops!
sounds good babe :)
Goals 😂
Youre right.. umm... babe...
Pssst, who’s babe?
I like the noise. Is it too much on long journeys?
it can get a little annoying if im driving over an hour, but not horrible if you listen to music
Where’d you order the spoiler
You can find multiple variations of it on Ebay, Amazon, and other websites. But this specific one I ordered of mjmods.com
How much this going to cost you
I did a muffler delete and when the engine was warming up when it 2500rpms i would get a lot of engine shake, did this ever happen to you?
I’ve rocking the muffler delete for a few months and this hasn’t happened to me
a muffler delete shouldn't affect the motor at all. might need some engine mounts :)
ur engine idled at 2500 on start up?
James Wood oh no i fixed it i was just an idiot. The connections to my coils was loose so at 2500rpms i would get a misfire to the cylinder would go into limp mode
How much did it cost you cause I planning to do the straight pipe to main
With all stainless steel, I paid about $550 for the full straight pipe including tips... Do it! You won't regret it :)!
Bro i think you mean y pipe tho idk tho
They all Definitely sounds really good , I gotta see which one Ima doo 🥵😎✊🏽🔥🔥🔥
That burble at the end! I have an X3 3.0si, and want to do at least a muffler and or resonator delete.
just did a muffler delete on my e90 and it sounds sick. i highly recommend you do ut
Keep resonator!
Is this the m sport model or no?
It lowk sounds good, a little ricey but it sounds like a race car lol
Is the muffler delete custom?
Sounds good. But you need to upgrade those wheels. Wheels are the best mods for the N/A bimmers
that's a sad statement.
That’s not true at all
I have APEX EC-7's in my garage right now, just waiting on tires :)!
These sound so bad straight piped lmao
TRUE
change wheels hahahah
currently on Apex ec-7's!
