Allen! My bro! Thank you for these. I love them. You went above and beyond and I am so happy with them. They wear great. Zero break in. I really appreciate your work. I’ll be back for more. Not with these though any time soon. These babies will last a long time thanks to you. I love my custom Allen Ariats. That’s what I call them now. People notice them too. Thank you my man!
Would you be willing to tell how much they cost? I just got a pair of molded sole Ariats a few months ago before i knew how they were made, and it would be nice to know the price because i really like the way they fit on me.
I also have a pair of Arait cowboy work boots, but they are my dress boots for farming and day today I wear Justin cowboy work boots, but how much do you charge for the Arait cowboy work boot to get resold when they were out because I wear my Justin both pairs more than I wear my Arait cowboy 1😊
I find it interesting how much people complain about having work. The alternative is no work, no business,,,no job, “Thank you customer!” gratitude is a good thing,
I got a pair of these when they first came out quite a few years ago. Fast forward about 5+ years and every guys wearing them, I see these boots everywhere!
I seen plenty of your videos , but with this one's you went all out and the customer wanted to pay for the full repair and you made him really happy , I have some Cody James with the same kind of soles like the Ariats but I will wear them out and throw them out and give nobody a headache .
Ariat introduced a higher end of their shoe lineup called Two24 a few years back but discontinued it a couple of years ago. Their Two24 division made their shoes and boots with Goodyear welted method and used Vibram and genuine leather soles.
I believe those are the remaining models from Two24. There used to be more shoes and boots in a slew of colorways from the Two24 line. Two24 used to have its website. Now it’s integrated.
I know this is a year old. But they discontinued it because they incorporated the higher end techniques to all their 2022 and beyond shoes. All late 2022's and beyond Ariats comes with Goodyear Welt.
I think that the owner of the boots knows that the recraft job is more than he paid for the boots. He is one of those guys with $10,000 worth rims and stereo, on a $2,000 car.
Well what was the end price? I have some worn out Ariats that I want ripple soles put on them. I had jungle boots in the Marine Corps with them and I loved them on long humps. Literally made a difference. I work in oil and gas industry and do alot of walking on my 12hr shifts.
So the Ariat is a throw away boot and not a dress boot. What boot would you recommend as a dress cowboy boot and a work cowboy boot that is meant to be re-soled and uses quality materials?
You know I owned a pair of ariats and I didn't like them I returned them after like half a week of wearing them they just were not it they were not wide enough for me and so I went to my local Boot Barn and I found this Cody James Brand and they make white enough boots for my big feet and boy do I love them although I need to get them results sooner or later not yet though they still got some life in them and my cobbler told me to not ever sold yet she wants to put a very specific soul on them just cuz I take so much boots and shoes from the ranch hands and family to her and she knows those are my personal pair did I wear everyday so she wants to treat them nice
People with your skill level, especially in these days, are the salt of the earth. I really hope you're being appreciated where you live.

What's it like owning a hack job pair Of boots like that

@@Quiksilversurf311 lol me too. I bought these about 10 years ago and now they are everywhere.
I bet the guy that owns the boots really like and appreciates the custom job you did. The boot looked great when you were done.

I had resoled a pair of Cody James and the cobbler told me a lot of good things about it, they are very good to work on.
Now that's the way ariat should make them thanks for the great video and the boots turned out awesome
Amen to that! Allen is awesome!
If they made them that way they’d be way more than 200 dollars
Dude they are the sweetest Ariat boot I have ever seen!
I love it! That’s the type of boot I wish I could buy
I actually liked how those came out!!
Great job. I have two of these and I love them. When the time comes I know is possible to resole.
What a nightmare rebuild you got her done, I had a feeling Ariat boots are throwaway boots, they sure push their products through youtubers.
Allen for the save!!!!!
Great job man
Great job man.👍👍👍
Unique transformation! Great job, Allen! I love that inset rubber sole you installed. Those should be much more structurally sound with your upgrades.
I love these. I love my ramblers but hate the sole.
Yea that’s why I had to replace them. Worth it!

Im pretty sure they didn't discontinue it you can still find multiple two24 models on their website

It’s not my style, but those came out freakin’ awesome!
I can understand why people have them upgraded, when you have EEE plus wide feet most boots run narrow.
Dude I lost it when you found the sock. They say washing machines eat socks…nope cobblers are the culprit. BwhahahHa!

You may use Dr.Sole's Urban Explorer sole.
Shipping alone out here costs more than the product. Also this was a large size boot that’s why the custom sole

The pliers that you use to pull the soles off, are those just a set of horse hoof trimmers?
I don't think you said in the video the price of the recrafting, where could i find the price for this?

What’s the ballpark cost from absolute lowest to the highest repair cost
$10-600
@@CobblersPlus Ha ha..... the menu ranges from a free packet of ketchup, to a Wagyu tomahawk steak with truffle oil.
How much too just replace sole on pair of ariats
Remind me not to ask any questions. Lol

Idk about dress boot but i've seen really favorable reviews on Hondo boots, real handwelt construction, real leather counter, etc
Tecovas, Lucchese and some of the Dan Post boots if I was to pick 3
@@CobblersPlus worked in a boot shop for years, and those are great. Also Rios of Mercedes, Anderson Bean, and the US made Tony Lama/Justin are good.

Anything catch the price?
Very nice expensive repair on a cheap pair of boots.
Absolutely and so worth it. He did an amazing job.
I’d imagine the overhaul cost outweighed the retail value of these boots. Money talks!
@@DanoMo1 You could have started out by buying a better pair of boots.

Everytime I see Boot Cobbler my fatass thinks of Peach Cobbler 😂
Why would you buy a pair of boots with an American flag on them NOT MADE IN The USA?
I put it on it because I’m an American. Also an Arizona flag because I’m from Arizona. Where they are made is irrelevant.
He tucks his yoga pants into the boot tops.

thow away boots no recrafting
