Roast Beef on Kamado Joe Jr. BBQ, 36 Day Aged Aberdeen Angus Beef. Flavour Injector

- I bought myself a flavour injector which is specifically designed to boost flavour inside the meat instead of on top.

For the marinade I used 100gr un salted butter with rosemary and minced garlic.
For the rub i used my own Blend:
Rub Ingredients:
1 part Ground Coffee
1 part Paprika
1 part Garlic granules
1/4 part Cayenne Pepper
1/4 part Salt and Black Pepper
1/4 part Sugar (brown)
1/4 part Cumin
Low and Slow Smoke house :130c until internal temp of 60c-65c then raise the kamado temp to directly sear the meat for a good finish.
or
Roast temp: 180c for 2 hours internal temp 60c-65c
let the meat rest for atleast 30mins and enjoy.
