Excellent, I am determined to leave behind the 'traditional' training methods I was taught in the dark ages of the early ninties, however the pulling on the leash thing with my Boston Terrier was giving me fits. This helped greatly. Thanks.
Excellent video and explanation John. There is the difficulty in communicating this training to students who simply don't want to do this work with their dogs. This is what I find here anyway, even though I try to. The quick fix ( on what is perceived to be a quick fix) seems to be what people are drawn to.
John don't let other over arrogant trainers force you to explain yourself. Food chasing games work very well for attention, but I'm sure you know that . I think it important to stay open minded to all forms of dog training.Thank you :)
