Sourcing from those stores? Which means you're paying 15 to 30 bucks a pair? I have never seen shoes at any of those stores for less than that, even final discounts. That's some heavy overhead.
$30-$45 on average for cost. Heavier overhead than thrift stores but yields consistent inventory. Tons of ways to make money out there.

What do you do when the shoes don't sell in 90 days? Do you return them to the stores?
Definitely never return them to the store. Terrible business practice in my opinion.
I leave listings up for 2 weeks, then run markdown sales. If something doesn't sell within 6 weeks then I liquidate by dropping the price further to move it.
