I understand switching schools is a red flag. But what if one cannot afford medical school (4 full years) and thus goes to a comparitively cheap medical school in Pakistan for 2 years and then switches into a medical school in the Caribbean (to be able to get USCE)? Would that also count as a red flag? Because the reasons here are purely financial.

Why is switching schools a red flag? I was thinking about doing the same for financial reasons, but I don't think I will after watching this video.
and Dear Dr. Conrad Fischer, I believe you have not put very insightful thoughts about US-FMDs versus visiting visas MDs and USFMDs who graduated over 10 years like me and came to the US for a very good reason, not about seeking being a MD, but a decent human right and democracy, and now get sunk into this anti-democracy abyss of medical residency!
I hope you put some serious insightful thoughts about it! I have applied for your programs 5 consecutive years! and it is a joke! a pathetic joke!

Hello Doctor Cystic Fibrosis (sorry Doctor Conrad Fischer) that is how i remember your name easier since you teach a lot of internal medicine and you are funny in all the Kaplan videos or trying to be funny.........the truth is to my stupidity, some of your videos i love and understand very well your lectures while some others i also love but i cannot understand all what you try to tell me!
anyway, i saw you get heavier now in this video than the other Kaplan videos ..........how? well, you work too hard taking care of patients and do not have time to take care of yourself? well, i believe this is why work-life balance should start to implement into medical practice and argue against the people to decry it as laziness! how can a MD tell their patients to live a healthy life and lose weight when they cannot do that themselves?
whatever i do, i always try to spare 30 minutes for exercise and eating healthy. I bet my patients appreciate me to be a good role model to keep this routine against my busy schedule that i actually control my work-life balance philosophy.
