I don´t know what it is but Dying Light 1 and Dead Island 1 have such a unique feeling of despair in it´s atmosphere and sound design (music, ambient sound and so on) that I feel is missing in a lot of games like them

Have you thought of trying a no damage play through I feel like it’d be very hard to do. Maybe even harder than the Pacifist run? A counter attack is still an attack. I thought this was VERY interesting until you chose the counter attack strategy. Then i felt cheated by a clickbait
I personally don't consider standing still and passively reflecting their own damage to be an 'attack'. To me, they're just damaging themselves, but I do understand where you're coming from. Sorry you felt clickbaited.
