I watched some of your previous videos when you talk about strength training for a Hyrox, but I don’t recall if you indicated what you think is best practice for strength and cardio. Specifically, do you do your hard bouts of cardio on the same days as your strength training? Do you do strength first then cardio or vice versa? Or do you split them up into an a.m. or p.m. session? Also, if it’s an easy cardio session do you recommend doing it before the strength session, after the strength session, or splitting them up using an a.m. or p.m. session?
