Looks like a nice park. Lots of outdoor decor. Some of it’s cute. Maybe just a tad overboard. Reminds me of a grandmas yard 😂. Who on earth has a gosh darn semi to pull their trailer? Didn’t look like the trailer was that big. Always a bit of a bummer when it’s time to go home.
I was thinking the same think about Grandma's yard! My son used to say that he could tell where old people lived, because of what they had in their yards.
Green Acres, i seen dead grass and junk laying about. Sites are tite, not my stlye of camping. Thanks for the video, someone will find this park useful.
Do you feel Rv places pack lots in to tight so your area is not real camping? I didn’t get an Rv for this reason. People seem like they want to glam more than actual camp. What you are doing is not camping.
It depends on if you go to an RV park or resort compared to actual campgrounds. Campgrounds you have a lot of space for your RV and usually you get a bench and fire ring.
@@Time4Xploring thank you for replying. what’s a lot of space to you? The reason I’m asking is because I would like to get into this business. So I’m asking around to see what people think. What would you pay for a .5acre lot with a gravel pad( every pad is 60’ by 14’ with patio trees and shrubs between all lots for privacy, feels like a state park. 20 acre property with only 16 ish sites and the rest recreational walking trails woods. included electric, included dump station, included daily garbage pick up with a garbage bin (each lot) , not one Rv is lot will be near my dumpster or dump station, if law allows fire pit each lot, water includes filtration system to all lots, maybe one place with hose to wash rvs and cars(no chemical harmful cleaners) I was thinking about Wi-Fi. I’m not sure about all these amenities . A pavilion with community fire pit, game area , all outdoor games. Volleyball court. What I want to stay away from is the glampimg type amenities and just have outdoor stuff. No fitness center, locker rooms. No pool, no snack bar. Or those fancy things. I would like to do the real camping experience. Maybe chickens so guests can take fresh eggs. I haven’t gotten that far.
@@SaveAmerica12 every campground is different. I have been through 32 states so far. Check out bear in my campground video and you will see huge lots in the mountains. You pay more for the amenities. You could also boondock on BML Land for free here out west in most cases.
Really nice RV park review Tim! Keep creating!

all the outside decorations were outside near the pond and pool and was very tranquil.
