IZOTOPE NEUTRON 2 VISUAL MIXER | THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE

In this video we take a deep look at the VISUAL MIXER included with iZotope Neutron 2 Standard and Advanced. The Visual Mixer allows you to adjust the space that each of your tracks sits in by dragging around nodes that represent your tracks. You can adjust the gain (volume), panning, and width, of all your tracks from the Visual Mixer.
In order to use the Visual Mixer, you need to have an instance of Neutron 2, a Neutron 2 module/plugin (Advanced), or the Mix Tap plugin (Advanced) on each of the tracks you want to control from the Visual Mixer.
Once all your tracks are setup, open the Visual Mixer and drag around the nodes to mix your track. This is a completely different way to mix, you can literally visualize your mix right on the screen. No knobs, no faders, just an intuitive way to mix.
The second part of the video goes into some creative ideas you may want to employ, like, using more than one Visual Mixer. These are just ideas and things to consider. I wanted to cover everything in this video. While you will most likely only use one instance of the Visual Mixer, you can see in this video how using multiple Visual Mixers can be done.

I would highly suggest you consider the iZotope Music Production Suite if you are interested in Neutron. It costs more, but you get more for much less than buying each plugin on its own. You will get the Advanced version of Neutron and Ozone!
