Managing the quad topo in sub-d modeling takes too much time, but it seems an easy process after watching your videos. Thanks @thomas for teaching us such a nice workflow.

Please make video on how you think topology for different type of objects. The way edges flow in your models is just amazing. I keep looking at topology and say WOW. Please teach us the way you think topology on seeing an object. How do you decide flow of edges. Thanks a lot.

One question i have.topology in islands of surrounded by one face loop of quads and crease in last edge loop, after subdivision it could be less dense and all quads?

When you want to ctrl+r insert a loop but it will extend far beyond the area you wanted it to go, just select the area and hide all the rest of the geometry. ctrl+r will be limited to the visible geometry.
many times you fill in an area manually that could have been filled with bridge edge loops or grid fill, I'm not critiquing that. I'm critiquing how you manually select 2 edges across from each other and press F, then select 2 edges again and press F, etc., when you could have selected one edge perpendicular to the direction where you want to add the strip of faces and just spam the F key until it's all filled in much quicker.

It's just depends on the types of workflow, besides what he does is really useful for 3d printing as you can't cheat with textures to get details on a 3d print. How ever i guess both workflows are valid.

You can not use another way if you want it to looks great. You could use ngons but that's not the purpose of this video.
You could also use a grayscale picture as a displacement map but again, it's a Modeling video
