OHHH MY GOD FINALLY! IT IS HERE!! HAHA-
had the idea all the way back in october before the full song even released, started working on it on december, and after a month of working on it on and off, IT IS HERE!! my second epic the musical x underverse animatic(and probably the last one in a while)
I apologize in advance for the inconsistent art style, again, this was made over the span of a month and a lot of things can happen in a month lmaoo-
thank you to all of my friends who saw me going insane while working on this, and thanks to all the sweet people on socials who showed so much excitement for it :)! now if you don't mind me, I have a few projects I need to work on...

Fresh is literally the narrator of this whole mess. He is always there, always listening but rarely get into it.

1:48 XGaster takes Control…… Love the little detail of him swinging his towards the viewer’s perspective and cutting the scene off, almost as if to say that XGaster is aware of the “Player” (a.k.a Us) Watching him through this Animatic and doesn’t what us spying on him, so he cuts off our view of him as soon as he takes control of Cross’s Body.
XGaster probably got really miffed at the fact that he had to be viewed without his consent by beings whom he considers to be Unknown Variables in his Plan to create the Perfect Universe.

1:37 it’s interesting how he’s still distrustful of it and sees Dream as a literal star. It’s quite a beautiful scene.
1:38 the smooth tentacles overtaking the screen is wonderful.

1:53 then handing Poppy the binoculars makes me wonder if they could sense or see that Fresh was about to lift them, so they didn’t want them to fling them on accident.
1:56 this is SO cute. Not enough people make content of Fresh and Core Frisk’s dynamic so this little scene of him lifting them is adorable. He also spins them a lot more carefully than Cross. Keeps it short and brief. Unsure if that was intentional, but I think it shows further the small care they have for one another

2:42 I love how you include how important Frisk was to him despite everything. Especially since he’s older here. His home was his best friend.
2:56 him walking RIGHT into the battle is incredible bc I always wondered how long they were in there for before the fight started. Also his little run is so cute
