It’s insane on how GOOD you executed nightmares character. Showing how much power he has, him taking no thought in killing them, and quite literally showing how demented nightmare is. The way you did this was fabulous. I absolutely adore the animatic because it shows on how much effort and time was put to make the execution prefect.

Beautifully done. It gave me chills throughout. Dreamtale is definitely one of the rougher AUs tragedy-wise, especially with the potential ending options. The poor things were doomed from the start.
You did an amazing job portratying just how much evil Nightmare can be, and you did justice to his canon character, not thinking twice if he has an oportunity to finish off the others. The song also shone all the more, it's got a lot of potential to be something really dark and you used it perfectly in your favor. I love that you didn't restrain yourself in that matter, even I have a hard time thinking of Nightmare as someone who would actually kill Dream if he could since he was once a scared child (which you also portrayed amazingly that soft part of his past). Keep on with that amazing work, it's amazing and deserves way more likes. You've earned a new sub ;^
the thing is nigthmare and passive nightmare are two different people , the old nightmare is canon dead. he was killed by his bone shattering from all the goo and negative feelings the apple gave him. New nightmare is a new person much more evil !

@@corpse707 actually new nightmare is not a complete new person in canon joku said he is and isnt passive nightmare at the same time he is more of an amalgamation of different entitys (3 different entities in total consisting of pasive the guy that killed the guardian and a voice that used to be friends with Nim the guardian of the tree but betray her either way- which honestly deserved she was an horrible mother and kind of a bitch-) so he keeps some memories feom passive and parts of his personality like his manners and ego to some extent or the fact he likes to learn and read in general though not to the same degree but it is true that the actual passive passive is death and wont come back you could see the new nightmare as a mangle of corpses that retain the escens of different people keeping a little of all of them alive in some twisted way like a zombie

I like to think that this isn't just Nightmare 'singing' to Dream, but corrupted Nightmare 'singing' his younger uncorrupted self. The one who refuses to open up his eyes, who is still reaching out to be by Dream's side despite it all, deep down inside.
I love it but It crushes my soul, not because I like any of the characters who are dead in this video but because I hate the idea of nightmare winning, he just has never fit right with me. In the video it even explains the cannon story, which I love, and I feel like he didn’t turn out in an appeasing manner which absolutely bats me around like a tennis ball. On one hand I love that this character conflicts with my interest in a villain and truly gives us a perspective of a character who will never become good for any reason, on the other hand he’s an absolute asshole without a single redeeming quality. He is malicious and cunning and I’d hate to be on his bad side, but *he doesn’t have a good side* .
I actually preffer nightmare winning- since i love the dreamtale twins and nightmare is my favorite guy but appart of that dream canonically dies in every single ending- so like in the nightmare ending at least i have one of the twins alive even though is a twisted version of different people and not really completely the og nightmare

I love how nightmare I'd bigger than dream, and I like to think that this represents that nightmare is the bigger person and is much stronger than dream and how he can just throw dream around like he's nothing but also how it makes dream seem less powerful in that situation because well he is and how it looks like nightmare is just toying with dream and tormenting him, reminding him of all his memories and his past to make dream realize his mistakes. god i just- it has been so many years since i was into undertale and their aus and from what i remember, this is some of the most canon, accurate representation of nightmare I have seen. not only is the art style absolutely AMAZING and i adore the size difference between everyone, making each character their own and able to stand out. but nightmare wanting to and *doing* these things to all of them just shows how corrupted he has become from over the years and the mistreatment he has received. i personally think that the main reason from his turning was because thats all everyone ever saw him as, so he decided to finally be this evil person everyone thought of him. god i just- it has been so many years since i was into undertale and their aus and from what i remember, this is some of the most canon, accurate representation of nightmare I have seen. not only is the art style absolutely AMAZING and i adore the size difference between everyone, making each character their own and able to stand out. but nightmare wanting to and *doing* these things to all of them just shows how corrupted he has become from over the years and the mistreatment he has received. i personally think that the main reason from his turning was because thats all everyone ever saw him as, so he decided to finally be this evil person everyone thought of him.
