200cc Swapped Kids ATV And All Round MASSIVE Suspention Upgrade Part 1

In this video i decide to remove the old 125cc 3speed engine from my little chinese kids quad and put a 200cc 4 speed water cooled engine in. Also entirely new suspention front and rear to make this thing track ready.

@@ShedCam thanks man , I’m struggling a lil trying to mount the new engine to the frame like how did you line it up ?

I struggled a fair bit too. I had to remove all the old engine brackets to make room and widen sections of the frame. Then I just used some tie down straps to hold the engine in place while I checked to make sure everything alighned right. Took me about 3 days to get it to the right spot then I just tack welded the new engine brackets in place while to motor was in the right spot (held in place with the straps). Hope this helps.
