@Frogger a toxic/volatile abusive relationship doesn’t make a woman “special”. Men statistically suffer from mental health & abuse more often then this generation likes to admit but it’s looked over or because men don’t come foward. If Johnny is the vitcim he has a right to speak to his experience as well. As for amber she used DV/IPV as an opportunity to exploit the METOO movement& now 5 years later its backfiring. Her OP-ED was published after their divorce agreement which was 7 Million & pleaded 3 mill to charity - which she never did- plus a non disclosure agreement which favored her. It’s also strange that she exploited Elon Musk directly after their break up by having him donate the last 850,000 to Fulfill her obligation to the charity from her divorce agreement. The proof is in the pudding. IPV also don’t jump into relationships directly after they’ve been abused. She was seeing JF a month before her divorce & Elon a month later? None of her actions align with being abused. She’s a pathological liar, she hasn’t proven anything in court besides the fact she was the perpetrator. She loves using/abusing men to what she wants. She was SO AFRAID of JD but was bringing JF to his penthouse while still being married??? WTFFFFF she wasn’t scared. She thought the OPED would get her sympathy or attention the only problem Is It ruined her ex husbands life and didn’t think It would lead to a public trial bc she didn’t name him in the publication . Lastly her testimony statements sound NOTHING like her originally deposition interview which happened after her alleged abused. She’s evil god doesn’t like ugly.

Interesting point: most of the offensive texts were not to Amber and were never seen by her until the lawsuit which means they did not factor into her PTSD or abuse.
The offensive texts show a frame of mind he had toward her that would cause any person to get PTSD. He was enraged and contemptuous and disgusted by her. He texted Paul Bettany what he wanted to do with her dead body. You don't think she had any inkling through the way he spoke to her or treated her that these were his feelings toward her?

Amber heard testimony has really made uncomfortable viewing. I have been in a very volatile and abusive relationship in my younger years and would never have blatantly challenged my abuser by getting back up to show him I wasn't giving in. That would have caused me a whole lot more pain and upset. I don't understand the lack of tears either. I can't discuss what happened to me without getting emotional and crying now and that's 20 years ago.

I fast forwarded this lady testifying. Through her responses, it sounds like she's in favor of Amber H. I feel she's not being fair to Johnny Depp. I think she should have, at least met with Johnning Depp to get a true understanding. She believes what she's read in all the documents from Amber H that they're all true? Then I guess if she read any books non-fictional or fiction, she'd believe that too. That might be a reason Amber's defense team hired her, because she believes everything Amber tells her.

ok, I have a question I'm really hoping someone can help me with. Was the jury not present before in the rest of the trial? Because when Johnny Depp and his team's witnesses were taking the stand, they were talking to whatever lawyer was examining them at the time. And since Amber Heard and her team's witnesses have taken the stand, they all are facing and dramatically talking to the jury, which seems like an odd contrast to me. It is very common practice in nearly every trial. Either side may talk to the jury, their attorney, the floor or the wall. Often one side or the other will hyperfocus on 'connecting' with the jury to strengthen their case. Historically it's the side that is most likely fighting an uphill battle. In this case, Amber Heard's team is really trying to sell her story and connect with the jury because they are feeling she isn't in a strong position to win.

I found his evidence to be so authentic and shocking and as I listen to her…yeah some of it is very much inauthentic but I wonder if there are any tiny seeds of truth…b/c if the jury believes even a scintilla of what she’s saying…it definitely seems like the article she “re-published” wouldn’t be considered defamation.
