I love these Fudge recipes. I was never a fan of traditional candy bars or such but Fudge is my sweet tooth's weakness... i simply adore a great piece of Fudge. The more flavors the merrier 😋!
You inspired me to make the 2 ingredient fudge. Semi sweet chips Hershey's chocolate frosting. I added walnuts and marshmallows and made the BEST rocky road fudge 😋😋😋 it set up sooo well, thank you ❤ I want to make white fudge varieties but it's so sweet. Do you think I can add some cream cheese to white chips and lemon frosting? If so, how much and how should I add it? Thanx for your advice!

1 cup = 8 0z. 1.25 cup = 10 0z. 1.75 cup = 14 0z. Ghirardelli asked for 10 oz. Easiest method is to take a half cup out of the can and then poor the rest from the can.
I tried to understand how the frosting works so well in fudge. I realized, it has flavoring, sweeteners like sugar and corn syrup, a fat like shortening or palm oil, and some kind of stabilizer. The ingredients, with the chips, are similar to most fudges.
Fudge that you just made with a different colour sprinkles, you should cut them into those Christmas cookie cutters I look like a Christmas tree that even make it look more better or festive
Could you please mention the size of the jar of frosting? In Canada I think our containers are smaller so I need to know the amount so I can make the adjustment. Thanks! Love your recipes!
And Xmas is just one day and my kids are on holiday right now and they are eating quicker than I can make meals so I have had to tell them to slow down a bit.
Ghirardelli’s fudge recipe calls for 1-1/4 cup. 8 oz is a cup and 2 oz is 1/4 cup. So 10 oz is the whole 10 oz can. I’ve seen this recipe several times and this it the first time I did the math. You’re right, 2 T is 1 oz (I looked that up). So 20 T is 10 oz.
She shook Gold dust then put sprinkles on top. Not familiar with gold dust so I googled it. They sell gold shimmering dust at Walmart to decorate cakes.
8 oz is a cup. There are 2 Tbsp in an oz, so a cup is 16 Tbsp. 20 Tbsp is 1.25 cups (1 1/4). It was right, you were just getting Tbsp and ounces mixed up, I do it too.
@@supereasyrecipe We don’t get a lot of the flavours in Abbotsford BC Canada that you guys get in the states. And to buy it on Amazon the prices are crazy!
I have a question. Can this be made with homemade frosting? I just cannot stand the nasty taste of store-bought container frosting.😝 it taste like plastic container to me. Lol not sure if you have ever made it using a homemade frosting before so I wasn’t sure if there was some type of chemical or fake ingredient that it needed in order to set that is in the store frosting and not the homemade. Thanks!❤
I'm reading the recipes & I notices the peanut butter one doesn't require frosting like the others. Out of sheer ignorance and curiosity what's the reason for that please? Thanks
Yes, I seen her do it with white icing, I do mine with salted caramel icing and, the peanut butter flavor is more pronounced and, I make my peanut butter fudge like naked Reese Peanut Butter Cups by melting down a bag of Reese Peanut Butter Chips and , pour over my base once it’s stiffens up. It’s really good! 13:54

Looking good I love fudge.
Excellent recipes and thank you for sharing.
To keep your parchment paper in place, lightly spray your pan before you put the paper in it. Have you tried a pizza wheel to cut with?

I do one small jar of peanut butter with a container of icing. Melt and mix in microwave, refrigerate and YUMMY
Sounds great!

Yummy 😋 😊
Great video! Love these cookbooks ❤️❤️❤️
I'm doing a Grinch Christmas this year and this will be great!
Polished off the white fudge bunny for strawberry candy cane ( candy cane kisses- bit strong on their own)-cream cheese frosting swirl.
Easy way to make fudge 😊

Yes I used to think it's not as good but actually all the flavors are in the frosting and chips!
Looks so good

They're usually 16oz.

I have seen cream cheese flavored white chocolate chips and was wondering how these would work?
I thought this was homemade CP soap ❤
Do that with chocolate chips
Will it melt at room temperature on the counter?
Where did you buy your bowl. Nice

its a 14 oz can she is using, though.
What was the stuff you shook over the grinch fudge?

New viewer here… so this sets up like a cooked fudge?
yes.
The internal heat from chocolate will finish melting it. Any cook knows that.

All fudge is no bake
Yes but that's what people search.
8ounces in a cup, 2 oz in 1/4th cup, so 10 oz IS EXACTLY 1-1/4 cup, lol. 4 ounces is 1/2 cup.
I don't get it. What's the deal with the " world domination" comment?
It's a thing called a joke. I was close to the top in the search and wanted to make it to the top.
Pieces are WAY to big to be enjoyed. O e or two bites is big enough. Ppl eat more
