I am also affected by the lack of sun and having to deal with grey, cold days during winter season. One thing that helps and that I've learned from Jonna is to have lights all around, even lighting a candle or two while getting cozy with a hot drink. It makes a nice difference. You're on this journey for a reason and the answers will continue to come for you. ❤🥰❄☃

I live in Australia and I have to say my emotions are your exact opposite! I find those hot sunny days aggressive and intrusive and I hate going out. The endless repetition of sunny days are so boring. The humidity can be like someone trying to suffocate you with a wet blanket. so I long for the cold crisp icy weather or the beautiful snowy days. At least I am lucky to be in the position to go back to Sweden every winter to avoid the worst of the horror, lol. I really enjoy your work and I hope it continues to give you pleasure for a long long time.

I am also affected by the lack of sun and having to deal with grey, cold days during winter season. One thing that helps and that I've learned from Jonna is to have lights all around, even lighting a candle or two while getting cozy with a hot drink. It makes a nice difference. I live in Australia and I have to say my emotions are your exact opposite! I find those hot sunny days aggressive and intrusive and I hate going out. The endless repetition of sunny days are so boring. The humidity can be like someone trying to suffocate you with a wet blanket. so I long for the cold crisp icy weather or the beautiful snowy days. At least I am lucky to be in the position to go back to Sweden every winter to avoid the worst of the horror, lol.
I really enjoy your work and I hope it continues to give you pleasure for a long long time.

I love when the air freezes, it feels so magical. I can't wait until that happens where I live in Canada. Right now, it is not feeling very festive or winter-like.
