This is such a fun gig overall. Rivers actually is uncomfortable and having fun. Strange combination but fits to him like a glove.
this is how pop music should sound, no bullshit lipsyncing, a kickass show, heavy guitars, they write their own songs and give it their all, not for money, but because they love doing it, i fucking love weezer

@2:09 Scott plays the 3rd of the Db chord, which is F, which is the relative minor of the song. That note gives the song a sad flavor. He only does it on the last chorus but the recorded album version, the bass plays that note every chorus
Yeah, I have no idea why they changed it. Even Matt Sharp used to play the “wrong” note back when he was in the band

I remember being in middle school (1195 or 1996) when this song came out. weezer was good back then and seeing this song performed now shows me how Weezer has gotten so much better over the years b/c this performance is amazing.

they have a tour drummer but their drummer still played guitars and Cuomo focused on singing, talk about being efficient as a band. Now that is a real group no man left behind albeit I don't know the story behind but still awesome to see all of them.
