I'm so glad you mentioned that you do straight arm lat push downs with your fingers relaxed, I thought I was the only one that felt that my back doesn't get worked out when I do them when I clinched my fist.
Reallllly like how detailed you are when explaining your workouts although maybe if you added your commentary video while your workout played in the back it'll be much easier to visualize . I've seen where you can add a minimized commentary box on the corner of your video while a workout is being played in the background and I think it'll work for you especially because how well you explain it all. To be able to see and hear it all together would be 👌🏻

some food for thought - if they end goal is to be able to do an unassisted pull-up, I found that banded pull-ups were a lot more effective than the pull-up machine. you get less resistance as you pull yourself up, so you're doing most of the work at the top of the movement. holds at the top + slow eccentrics also helped a lot
Have you considered doing a voice over while seeing the workout? I feel like that might help tie the info to the movement a little easier. This is awesome! I'm really proud of you!

Sometimes it isn't variety that you need, but consistency in the ones you're doing! My core training list of regular exercises is very short!

Never thought about driving the elbow back rather than pulling with your arms on the rows thats a great idea!
Maybe do the commentary over the exercises, as it's slightly boring to just watch the talking for 6 minutes before actually seeing something.
