    I enjoy the fact that you explain your workouts before you show them & give us tips, rather than just video yourself working out. It really makes me think about what I'm doing and looking for when performing certain workouts!

    This is probably one of the best workout videos I've seen! What really helps me when working out is having a visual on how the exercise is done, so I can mimic the form and loved how you explained in detail! Thank you so much! .x

    Thumbs up! I'd love to see a full core workout, that's the part that I struggle the most with, can never come up with enough variety

      Sometimes it isn't variety that you need, but consistency in the ones you're doing! My core training list of regular exercises is very short!

      +Irene Royster this happends to me too.. i hate doing abs even thougjt is where i need the most work.. i just dont feel sore the next day and so i always think its not working..

    I'm so glad you mentioned that you do straight arm lat push downs with your fingers relaxed, I thought I was the only one that felt that my back doesn't get worked out when I do them when I clinched my fist.

    Reallllly like how detailed you are when explaining your workouts although maybe if you added your commentary video while your workout played in the back it'll be much easier to visualize . I've seen where you can add a minimized commentary box on the corner of your video while a workout is being played in the background and I think it'll work for you especially because how well you explain it all. To be able to see and hear it all together would be 👌🏻

    I love the informative explanation of each exercise and additional tips. I definitely think you should have done a commentary video box as your were doing the exercises. That way we can see you do the exercises as you explained your tips. Good video.

    some food for thought - if they end goal is to be able to do an unassisted pull-up, I found that banded pull-ups were a lot more effective than the pull-up machine. you get less resistance as you pull yourself up, so you're doing most of the work at the top of the movement. holds at the top + slow eccentrics also helped a lot

    Have you considered doing a voice over while seeing the workout? I feel like that might help tie the info to the movement a little easier. This is awesome! I'm really proud of you!

    Hi Katy! I really enjoyed watching this video. It was very clear and I knew exactly what to do at the gym today! I would love to see more however, I really think you should try to insert the commentary as you are doing the workout rather than explaining it first.     Maybe do the commentary over the exercises, as it's slightly boring to just watch the talking for 6 minutes before actually seeing something.
