- This run is really fucking solid. This is just the game sound only video. I plan on doing a commentary and uploading that version as well. There are places where time can be saved, and the execution isn't perfect, making mistakes on every stage, but only causing a slight time loss. I plan on improving this in the future if new strats are found, but for now, the battle is over. The only 35 in MMX 100% in the world.

There's something hilarious, and anticlimactic, about Vile jumping over and getting one-shotted with a hadouken.
It was until today I noticed that Dr. Light is wearing a karate suit, a black belt and a head band at the Armored Armadillo stage. How did I not see this at first... :)
He's dressed like Ryu.
LOL after all these years. I always got the fireball upgrade during the run, but never realized it actually one shot everything. Figured it was just a novelty to SF2 fans. Face-palm.
Except Sigma's final form, sadly...
Before i watch this run, ill have to say, im starting speed run style because of you, you'r a dam pro dude congratz, i love your participations at GDQ channel.
Great run dude! Congrats on a sub 36 run. You have inspired me to start speedrunning this game. I probably won't get to your status but I would like to get sub 40.

The high pitched voice with the Hadouken makes that shit so anticlimatic, lol.
Can someone please explain to me the suicides in Armadillo's stage before he picked up the Hadouken on the third try? Does it only spawn on your last life, or is there an RNG to determine if it spawns? Can't seem to figure out why he'd waste time killing himself multiple times if he didn't have to.

He needs to have it so that part of the screen is loaded that many times in order for the Hadouken capsule to spawn.
You HAVE to suicide three times with full energy bar and no damage at that specific part, at your fourth time after it the hadouken capsule will appear, which is the biggest hidden secret of this game which is the most powerful weapon of the game as you can see

what's the trick here for making the dialog go by so blazin fast? it looks a lot faster here than when u just hold 'a' in the US version, is it only for the JP release?

how do you take two hits from the bees at the beginning and are able to not take much damage??
Taking hits from things on the intro stage is intentional. Since the first boss fight is scripted and you auto-lose. It only stops the fight when you are at low health.
no I know that, but you end up taking too much damage and dying when I try to do it like he dose in the video

the damage you take depends on how you take it, in this case hitting the bee's body does less than it's projectiles

How can this be no cheating when your shots are doing massive damage, you can get hit by the spikes in BK's stage and not take damage, and you are shooting faster than a turbo controller?
He is deffinetly not cheating, I can shoot as fast as him, its possible trust me,
and hat is a glitch on BK stage if you are in the air when the spikes hit you, you take no damage

Peter Thomas its seems like the damage from buster has been altered bc when hes fighting against storm eagle he is using only the normal shot and it should only do 1 damage to his hp not 2 at a time and ive never seen that glitch either
John Jenkins if you slide while shooting the lemons it actually produces 2 of them. this is the only explanation I can think of
When you slide and shoot it causes the shot to do more damage, its an exploit in the games coding. Just like ramp jumps and ledge grabs
He didn't get the heart in the ice level
