Great instructions and very clean work the only way to be. Glad to see you were or still are a Marine! God Bless
This is the best how to video I’ve ever seen for both style and content. As far as style is concerned, it is smart that you didn’t include irritating introduction music. Not everyone likes the same music, so why do people chase away viewers before they even get to the content. The brief applause is a classy touch. Also, you didn’t include useless blather but got right to the point. The video was long, but all of the time was useful.
As far as content, your instructions were clear and easy to follow and included key points based on feel and sound that may not be apparent in written instructions.
I subscribed and will encourage my friends to do so as well.
Thank for watching and your detail comment, I am happy my video was useful to you and hope I can continue to make content worth watching. CHEERS
Marine! I knew you were military! Thank you for my FREEDOM! My dad landed on Utah Beach D-Day as a pharmacist mate, now called Navy Core men.
I sure needed your help when I installed mine. My axle has been hard to get in and out since I installed my AXEO front suspension. Bike handled great but the axle gave me trouble while changing my tire or whenever I had to take the wheel off. Putting the axle in and sliding it back and forth to align was my fix it! Thank you!!!
Great video. I didn’t have a vise so I just put forks back up to the first pinch bolts and tightened then was able to torque down top caps.
Followed you video. Changed my front suspension in 2 and 1/2 hours.
Used this video step by step this weekend to upgrade my 2016 Road Glide UItra with AXEO front suspension. I completely agree with the other commenters stating that this is one of the best how-to videos out there. Straight to the point, no fluff, very personable. Personally felt like we could be chilling in same garage working on stuff. Thanks!!
You're a genius, the homemade driver is awesome. Thanks for the great video
I’m doing this to my bike right now and this is probably one of the best how to videos of anything. Great job ! I subscribed !
Awesome! Thank you!
Great job on the video. I just installed the standard length in my 2021 RGL using this video.
I found this product for cleaning the internals of the fork tubes, CRC QC-82. Safe for the powder coated parts. I think followed up with rifle cleaning rod with old tee shirt pieces to wipe away any debris inside. Then hit with compressed air to dry out.
Man, I used vid today! Thanks for posting such a detailed how to. 🎉🎉🎉
I took these steps, exactly as stated and man you made this feel simple and easy. I especially love the front axle alignment technique, I was able to accomplish that with one hand on the bottom of the fork and the other ready to tighten the middle pinch bolt on the triple tree. So happy with this move. Again great video. Let me know when you swap cams and the clutch pack. I’d Love to see that one.
Awesome I am glad I could help. As far as the cam I am going for 30k miles first then doing some upgrades. Now I ordering lights to illuminate the bike
Well done. Showing all the details is important to me. Thank you.
You are welcome!
Thanks for the video, You made it look easy, I was considering having my front shocks ( 2019 RGS ) upgrade done at a shop, but a couple tools I dont have and need to get ,I can do this too ! I am going with Fox shocks, rear already done.
No problem 👍
This is the best video I have found and really shows a great step by step process. Great job and thank you for the tips and tricks.
You are so welcome!
Awesome video. It's was like watching me work on my Mustang and RG.
When the copper seal popped out and you lost it? That was me right there!
Step by step instructions without all the unnecessary tunes, cutaways during the difficult parts, and attempts at being funny with the helper buddy.
Subscribed!
Glad it helped
I enjoyed this video. I referred to it multiple times during my Legend forks install. The instructions were clear and the video was entertaining. There was no wasted time. Everything was value adding. Great job and thanks. Stay cool in South Carolina!
For riders who only receive one oil lock piece like me, Legend only provides one in case one of your two stock pieces is damaged. You must still have one oil lock piece in each fork. This is a bit confusing and is not clear in Legend’s instructions. The Legend piece works like the stock piece.
Getting ready to Install kit in My 12 RG, Great instructional video you are a “Leader” it is very apparent!, thank you for the help, made the job look less intimidating.
This how to was on point. Dealer said it was 4 hrs labor at $130 hr. Okay if you are doing this the one thing I’d stress is get the 12 mm long hex socket. You will need it and it’s not at local stores. Please please order ahead of time. You need all the hex sockets he is mentioning. Yes and beverages too. This is well worth it. Will totally change your ride. Order the hex I did like him too and you won’t find it locally. Amazon will deliver it next day for a fee. Excellent video. I did the 49 mm standard on a 2019 all the steps are valid.
Love the good and tight references but I have a torque wrench 😉
Pete Larrier thanks for watching brother and agreed the hex tool is a must I ordered to for good measure you know how tools randomly go missing lol. Yes this is a very doable job just a little time and effort. And will save you money for another upgrade lol. Thanks for watching and ride safe.
Great Video, no excessive talking! All the information is pertinent and to the point. I just purchased the axeo 23's for my 17 RG. After watching your video, I have the confidence to install them myself.
Great video! Love that you are so meticulous with each step knowing 100% it is done right. I have to admit I'm a little jealous on your garage setup! Looks great. Good luck with all your upcoming videos!
Thank you, the garage is awesome gets me in trouble some times because I hang out to long lol.
Great video and very clear instructions on doing this project. Thanks for posting, looking forward to an improved ride!
Great video. I own a 2019 HD SGS and installed the Legend Revo A rear shocks. I have been considering buying the Legend Axeo front shocks. Your video is the best instruction I have found. Thanks. Ride Safe.
Thanks, Your a natural instructor. I'm about to install the Legend AXEO on a 17 road glide.
Excellent how to video!! Fantastic job man, I will be using this as a guide when I do my suspension on my ST. Thanks again for taking the time to make this video and putting it out there.

Great video! Thank you for the info.
Great video! No other like it and I couldn't have installed mine without it!
Thank you! I’m glad it helped you out.
Excellent Video and Presentation. This will come in handy when I get ready to do mine.
Great video. Very informative. I now have confidence to do this job myself.
you do not need the metal coupling . Just grind down the outside of the 2 inch plastic pipe till it will go inside the lower. does not take much grinding
Great video. Very informative and easy to follow. Could you possibly elaborate on the metal piece you used to make the seal driver. I cannot seem to find that item at lowes or home depot. You make it look easy. My suspension is on the way and wanting to get all tools in order. I made a fork vise today. One again, great video. to the point with no fluff
Excellent video thank you very much. Super easy to follow along with you through the steps and really easy and smooth installation of new shocks and rebuilding the forks, even the seal driver tool I made like in the video worked great.
Good info, now I'm more informed on how I would go about changing out my front folks. Good looking.
Exceptionally great video. Your really good explaining each step. thank you so much.
excellent video ......................................................JB..
Good video bro,,good explanation and I like that "good n tight" ha. I would've like to see your bike put together to see how the 23 looks. I'm seriously thinking of changing out my fork springs with the Axeo 21. Good job!

Thanks Super Dave looking forward to it brother. T6
Great video man. I have had my legend suspension sitting in my garage for months… rear looks very simple but front has terrified me. Btw I’m a diesel mechanic by trade but still intimidating as I have never done the forks before. But this video made all the difference in the world. I will be installing my suspension soon! Thanks for the video!
Dude! what are you waiting for? Git er done(if you haven’t by now since it’s been a month you posted). It is soooooo simple to do. Much easier than it actually appears. You will, love love love the ride this set up gives you!!! Motorcycle 🏍️ 👍🤙

Nice job ---- I installed in my 2004 RK---amazing ride
Impressive work ...for a devil dawg
Hey great video. I’m going to tackle this Saturday-how did you get to the top of the fork without removing the fairing? Can you explain, or do you have a video on that? Thank you!
That garage is super nice!
Fantastic video. Thanks.
you did an excellent video, and great instructions
Great job explaining everything. I'm doing the same to my 2018 Street Glide but having trouble getting the drain plug installed properly. I can't seem to get it tightened. It starts through the bump stop into the threads of the lower end but it keeps turning gradually building resistance. But never enough to reach the 30 ft. lbs. torque spec. I took it apart again and came to look on UA-cam and found your video. Nice presentation, you seemed to have the same problem with your drain plug installation, but I don't know what you did to fix it. I'll clean out everything again and get new copper washer and try it again in the morning.
love it
I really appreciated you sure make this project look simple very very Care on her information thank you very much
Great video
