They suggested withdrawing from another base that was in the middle of the desert, but instead Biden did it from in the middle of a major city. The Taliban was going to immediately move in with their military and take control of things, and they were warned it would happen quickly but they were still caught with how fast enemy military forces moved into the area. They had months to move people out and kept blaming the "timeline" on the previous administration, meanwhile they threw out the previous administrations plan on how to actually pull it off. The war is ended? Now we are directly sending the Taliban millions of dollars in "aid" with no security presence on the ground.
Oh yeah, after our soldiers were killed the Biden administration approved a drone strike that killed children.
This is what you get when you have a government ran by campaign marketing staffers who set policy priorities based on focus groups. What a joke.

Reagan actually expanded welfare (something the left loves) by huge amounts while at the same time lowering taxes! He then raised taxes by about a third of the cut in '82'. Obama added 8.6 trillion to the debt. Durning the laziest recovery since ww2! You forgot to mention him. Bush 2 presided over a very expensive war that started the very year he was inuagurated. Half of Trump's debt was due to the pandemic! Over 4 trillion in 2020 alone! That's because the left demanded that we shut down the largest economy in the world overnight! The moral of this story is that the government should NOT be involved in the economy AT ALL. Most of problems we face are because of the government. After the great crash of '29' unemployment peaked at around 8% and then started to go down. Then the government thought they had to do something and FDR signed the New Deal and unemployment skyrocketed into double digits and stayed there for a decade! The government causes problems by messing with the free market and then they spend OUR money to fix it and then take credit for it and do it all over again a few years later.
