@@ajaxlewis7664 it's just water sprayed into the ear to clear out the wax. It's called "syringing" because a (not sharp) syringe used to be used, but now there's little machines for it. You usually have to put olive oil in your ear for a week or so beforehand to make the wax nice and soft. Feels weird, but it's harmless.
