No studio would want to face the wrath of the fans if they found out one of their favourite actor or show character is written out and fired because of pregnancy.

I don’t think the bouquet was actually meant to hide her stomach, brides just usually hold a bouquet when they’re getting married. She’s often holding the bouquet in ways that very clearly show her stomach so it doesn’t seem like she was trying to hide it.

Fun fact about Stephanie Beatriz's pregnacy: She was also pregnant during the making of 'Encanto' but since it was animated, it was safer if everyone just recorded from their homes covid-wise. Stephanie actually went into labour during recording 'Waiting on a Miracle' but didn't want to cause a fuss so powered through. Later everyone was amazed at how she managed to portray so much pain in the characters voice
In the one where she was supposed to be fakely pregnant to go undercover in prison you can tell its her real baby belly by the way they all wiggle it so gently whenever they do, like, Andy moved the shirt around rather than the belly but made it look as if he was grabbing and shaking the "fake" belly

One of my favorites is in Star Trek: Deep Space 9, when the actress for Kira Naris (a military Major) got pregnant. Rather than try to hide it or have the character get pregnant, they instead had a completely _different_ character, Keiko (who was married and already had a child in the show), get pregnant, and then used Space Science Shenanigans to swap the baby from Keiko to Kira, who then carried the baby to term because Space Science Reasons. I love television.
The gift basket was such a good bit. Like great job hiding her pregnancy but even better as an actual comedic scene. W writers able to pull that off without us even knowing
They did a great job of masking it. tbh, except for the fake pregancy in prison and Amy's pregnancy with Mac, I really couldnt tell the other ones. I love this show and rewatch it constantly, but they concealed it well.
Turns out that keeping it a little visible is actually a great way to hide it. It's easy to see when you look for it, but otherwise, it's extremely subtle. They did a great job.

In s7, the last episode was filmed in November of 2019 so she was 6 months and Melissa confirmed they used a padded belly to make her look 9 months not 6 😂 Also in the last episode of B99 in June of 2021, Stephanie was 7 months pregnant with Rosaline!!

I do have to say that I prefer the even slightly awkward hiding of pregnancies over forcing babies into tv series where they don't fit. (not meaning B99 here). Extra minus points for every show that has something "supernatural" going on and where the pregnancy could have been written as something other than a normal pregnancy. If your storyline does not support having a toddler around (because the baby will be a toddle in a moment) and a baby is not needed for some huge plot reason, just people gave a ghost baby or something, instead of having to age-up, get rid, kidnap or otherwise do something random to the baby.

I swear I can sniff out when an actor in a show I’m watching is pregnant, it’s always immediately obvious to me. That being said, Melissa wasn’t pregnant at all in season 5. Her kids were born in 24th March 2016 and 14th February 2020, during seasons 3 and 7 respectively. They hid her pregnancy during season 3, but didn’t have to in season 7 as Amy was pregnant too.
And, of course, now that I'm looking for it, it is incredibly obvious, but I absolutely didn't notice at the time.
