I have all DW shop and yard tools with a good number of DW batteries. But DW doesn’t make a 20 v sprayer for the yard but Bauer does. I purchased the adapter to keep in my sprayer and it allows enough room in the housing to accommodate up to the DW 5 AH battery. Very pleased with the adapter so I can keep to one standard battery system.
Nice, good video bro. I'm definitely getting one and jumping into the dewalt line I have a stack of hercules batteries and most of the Hercules tools but they lack the amount dewalt has or bauer for that matter. Again, good job explaining and running through the battery/toolmatchups.
Project Farmer showed that the DeWalt Japanse batteries were substantially better than the Grey Market counterfeit batteries, as well as the top of the line China Freight batteries. I have used the adapters to swap between REAL Makita and REAL DeWalt, worked great.
We all can use the adapters to swap between some REAl different brand of power tools, but this one (adapter) is "ONLY" for DeWalt or Hercules Battery to Bauer or DeWalt tools.
Long-term I have used Dewalt genuine, the grey and blue knock-offs, and the black and red knockoffs and the knock offs are going over a year strong without issue. I use them nearly every day in cordless saws, hammer drills, multitools, etc. and charge them with a Dewalt quick charger. If they all crapped out today and I had to buy them two times over I'd still be doing better than buying the Dewalt batteries.
@@adrianwalthall4870 I agree. Even though this demonstration shows that DeWalt's batteries probably have a better chemistry, and higher voltage output, with less battery sag, the less expensive batteries get the job done. The few minutes that a DeWalt battery might save me, over the course of an entire day of tool use, is not worth the money for me.

So to me it seems this product is for people who have dewalt but want cheaper batteries from hercules or bauer. Or it can also be for people that have hercules tool and batteries, but want access to the extended line of bauer tools without paying for new batteries and chargers.
Or, in my case, I have a plethora of Dewalt tools but I don't want to pay a billion dollars for the Dewalt fan, so I'm going to buy the Hercules one without having to buy another round of batteries and a charger. I roll my tools in a pack-and-go system so try to limit how much weight/space I use.

Did you try switching the adapter to the other setting for the Hercules? I watched the video a couple times and never saw you try the other setting with the three batteries. Curious if it would work that way.
I have been looking at one of those adapters to go from milwaukee on some Bauer tools because they have some tools I won't use often but are half or less the price of a milwaukee tool
Thanks for this great video. However, can you try something for me. Will a Bauer tool works w a Hart 20v battery using this adapter? Plz let me know if you can try it.
