Minehead Signalbox and Seaward Way CCTV level crossing

Thanks to the West Somerset Railway , we get to take a look at the opening up of Minehead Signalbox as well as the recent upgraded works to make Seaward Way level crossing a CCTV worked operation.

That signalman looks a lot like the guy I've seen in Geoff Marshalls videos on the mainline, but I cant for the life of me remember their name.

What does each color mean in the signalbox? 🤔

Black levers mechanical points, blue are facing point locks, red signals, yellow distant signals, there are also other colours such as detonator placers black and white stripes with the arrow Ed stripes pointing in the direction of the line so up for the up line and down for the down line, black and blue levers combined motorised points, you can also have browns,greens, and combinations therof for special functions
