Hey Rob and good video thank you. I also suffer from what you have I think but I call it heal spurs and can be very painful if you don't rest it for a while. Also the heel spurs are usually caused by poor arch support I think so you may want to look into that. Also reference the bike, maybe you should of up scaled to an E Bike as then you can get the best of both exercise and hilly areas like Pratamak. Thanks Rob and keep the videos coming 🙂
I do the workout program insanity in the morning and it’s a lot cardio and puts a lot of strain on my feet, I’m not as young as I was. So far I been loving exploring on the bike and in the areas I’ve been are pretty flat. Ill take the scooter if I head over to pratumnak Thanks for watching
Well if you seen my last videos I was having trouble sleeping because I’m such a pothead… so for two days we just laid around ordering food while i smoked weed in between naps… it was nice!
I retired 2 years ago... and could have retired earlier if I wanted to... how old are you and are you retired at my age??? Yes I smoke weed every day but accomplish more than 90% of what average people on any given day accomplish... I don't know who you are or what you do but sure I accomplished more in my years smoking daily than you have accomplished in your years judging people...

The weed stops the deep rem sleep your body needs. Same as when I have quit you have the most vivid dreams.
