I hate that everything's on computer now

"everything" is not. There are plenty of creatives who choose to still only work in traditional media. In terms of this illustrator, Katie combines both by hand drawing her illustrations then adding colour digitally...In practice "computer" based art is just another media to turn to when creating artwork and shouldn't be seen as anything less "authentic" or original - it takes just as much work, passion and love to pull it off.

Jessica Dawson thank you for your point of view, but I STILL HATE DIGITAL ART. If you want to enjoy it though, feel free, has nothing to do with MY feelings about it

i think your statement of "everything" being digital is still 100% incorrect. however if thats how YOU feel then feel free to post your opinion on a video covering just digital artwork. don't take away from creatives like this who clearly implement actual traditional techniques such as DRAWING - with pen/pencil - on paper- in their work

Jessica Dawson You're some kind of control freak, aren't you? My opinion is not right or wrong, nor do I give a damn that you disagree with it. And I did feel quite free in expressing my dislike of the media.

nope not at all. i just wanted to highlight that not "everything" is being made on a computer right now. Because it isn't. i am an illustrator currently sat in the sun painting with watercolour for instance....so its good to know i'm talking with someone who is able to have an intellectual conversation instead of throwing insults around. have fun making peoples day worse with your useless comments

I wish people wouldn't make a statement sound like a question. Please stop raising the pitch of your voice at the end of every sentence.

That would be called an accent, one of the features being differences in intonation...

I don't really retract my statement... I've been taking a linguistics course... Everyone has an accent and an idiolect. Historically, there have always been changes in ways of speaking because the nature of language is fluid, not set in stone. It's only "horrible" because it's unfamiliar. There really is no "right way" of speaking because ultimately every language (and within those, dialects, accents, and idiolects) has a structure of some sort according to UG (universal grammar). If anything, the occurrence would probably be fascinating to research and I'm sure there's a set pattern to it. :)
