Thanks so much Maria for this comment. I am sorry I missed it here. I just had it come up, and saw it was from 4 months ago. I am having issues with my comments coming up in a right manner for me to respond. I hope this finds you well, and thank you for taking the time to write me, and to view my tutorials. God Bless
Good morning Dawn. Yes, I have to take this down as I didn't turn the volume up when I did the edit. Thanks for the reminder to do this. Have a wonderful week.
+Susanne I saw this on another video using it in a different way however, then this popped into my cranium hahahaha Thanks as always for commenting, and your encouragement.
Good evening Karen. I am going to have to take this tutorial down because it must be so frustrating for you to click on it to view and I had issues with the volume. I do apologize for this. I will replace it with a better tutorial as soon as I finish the next project I am working on. Once again I do hope it didn't frustrate you too much. Have a wonderful weekend and I hope to resolve the problem soon. smile
I can't get the volume high enough to hear you well on this video. I do not know if you said what kind of glue you were using. Would you please tell me what glue it is. I am intrigued by the long, narrow nozzle. Thanks, Carol!
Hi there Donna. I am going to do this video again when I find the time. The glue is Beacon glue from Micheals. It is the same as glossy accents for half the price, and double the amount....Hope this helps you. Sorry about the volume.
I will have to see if I need enough things that I will order from Michael's online. There are no craft stores in my town. It is probably a good thing as I would spend more than I can really afford. Have a great afternoon and evening. Thanks for your timely response...wow!
I am sorry to hear that you have no stores nearby. I put the Beacon glue in the long nozzle bottles to use this way. Thanks so much for enduring this quiet video. hahaha Have a great week.
Good afternoon. I don't think it matters really what the wrap goes on. hahaha This was an old tutorial and I recently put some of that wrap on my foam pad while working on a very intricate die card so I didn't lose the pieces parts. hahaha Thanks for inquiring, however. I so appreciate hearing from you.
Great video but could use more or better instructions such as what you are using to hold down the words but especially how are you cutting it out. What are you putting on top of the letters towards the end. You go way to fast for us newbies
Good evening Ellen. You are absolutely right my friend on this tutorial. I had a cheap camera, and didn't know much about camera angles or sound or basically a newbie to UA-cam tutorials. hahaha I will put a new video up now that I have a bit more experience and proper equipment. LOL Thanks for the reminder to put this up so it is understandable. I will also slow the process down for you..... smile I hope it didn't frustrate you too much. Have a lovely week. Please view my newer tutorials so you can see if they are more helpful. It is wonderful to meet a newbie in creating Ellen. I am here if you have any questions.
I was using glossy accents I think in that bottle. hahaha Thanks Roberta for taking the time to view. I will go and make sure that it was what I did use.
Roberta Sharpe - this is two years late, but I just began card making 3 months ago. I was curious about the glue Ms. Held claimed to be using in her video that was the same as Glossy Accents in which you get more for less money. Her reply to you was not forthcoming but later in the comments another person asked the same question you asked, and her response was: Beacon Glue purchased from Michael's. If you never found her response to that question and are still wondering here is the answer 2 years later.
I couldn't hear you even with my volume turned all the way up. I even tried ear buds. I don't usually have this problem. May be good info if I could just hear you. At least I read your explanation and looked elsewhere for a video I could hear better...
Good evening to you. I am so sorry about this older tutorial I did. I will have to replace it asap now that I have better equipment to work with. I really know how frustrating it must have been to view this. I will come back and post the remake here for you if you wish when I complete it. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience of this video. Have a wonderfully creative week.
Thank you so much, Carol! I've ordered the Scotch Press 'n Seal and watched the videos supplied by Simon Says Stamps, so I could see what they suggest. I think this will be a terrific addition to my card making and scrapbooking arsenal. If you happen to replace this video, I'd love to watch one that doesn't make me feel like Im going deaf!! 😉 😄 Thanks again...
Thanks so much for letting me know you found a tutorial that is helpful. Have a wonderful weekend and creative day. I will let you know when the tutorial comes out. smile
Thanks Carol, for this video. Now I have 2 craft ways to use the Glad "Press 'n Seal"! TFS! :)
+Lynn Fletcher Thanks Lynn, so happy you enjoyed it, and found it useful.

Carol, what is the purpose of the foam? Could typo just put the glad over the cardboard?

Carol, you always introduce me to such clever ideas. What was the name and where can I purchase the glue you were using??? TFS.
